The house has a fully fenced back yard and is pet friendly. The study has a second TV and couch, great for kids viewing. The house has a large covered veranda around 3 sides of the house. The shops, parks and lake are a 5 minute walk. We have off street parking and can accommodate a caravan or trailer. Should you need to do some washing we can make our laundry available to you. The cottage has recently been renovated throughout and is non smoking.
