We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

The house is big and spacious. The location is peaceful and right next to the beach/ sea. There are amazing sunsets that can be seen from there. You can hear the sea all the time! Everyone (hosts, neighbours, everyone else in Georgia) are very friendly. The shops are accessible. The only thing to improve is to provide items such as cleaning products, etc

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

The owner lives right next to the house, so everything is easily accessible and communication is always smooth. The house is clean, cozy, and has everything you might need. There are also two dogs on the property — they completely won my husband’s heart! Overall, it’s a little oasis where you feel detached from the city hustle and embraced by nature. One day during our stay, we were even treated to a homemade pie! Everything here feels very warm and family-like. We definitely recommend it :)

The apartment was simply great – beautifully furnished, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The area is totally quiet, perfect for switching off. And yet, you can get to the center in no time by car. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with freshly prepared Turkish coffee and a delicious iced coffee - a wonderful start! Throughout our stay, they made every effort to ensure that we lacked nothing. If there were more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve them! We will be happy to come back.

The location of the house is in a peaceful and quiet place (a nice change from the noisy center), but 10 minutes by car to the center. The hosts took us shopping at the store. Beautiful garden, very nice, talkative hosts and super friendly dog ​​Farukh (if you like dogs, you will be happy) made the stay in our memory for a long time. We highly recommend this place and hosts! :).

A stunning place with an amazing view within walking distance from the sea, with quiet neighbors, a delicious restaurant nearby, comfortable living conditions! Tamaz, a very nice owner, respects the personal boundaries of the tenants, shares grapes. It was very nice and caring!

Listen to all, we chose for a long time, decided and in general, we searched, this is one of the best holidays in life, everything is wonderful, the view of the sea, the location, came out and in 1 minute - the sea, the territory. I would like to note a special thank you for what the pillows are lush, smelling, new, there is even a steam generator in the apart-hotel (instead of an iron, if anyone did not know, we really never got it, but the main thing is there😂), at check-in there was even a mosquito fumigator, although we brought our own, but it was very pleasant that the host of the apartment is so caring. Everything in these devices is impressive. At check-in, there was tea, sunflower oil, salt and sugar. A kettle without scale, new or water is so good, it is unknown, you can drink water like from the tap, we drank, cooked, everything is cool. We have a child of 1.4 months with us, we really liked everything from the issues that rent this apartment at all, smart.

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and located in a luxurious building right in the heart of Batumi. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. The host was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Batumi!

The studio was perfect! Conveniently located, close enough to walk to anything needed, yet away enough that there wasn’t crazy traffic or tons of people. Very clean, had everything you could need. Super nice balcony with an incredible view. Very good security, I’m a solo-female traveler so that is important and I never felt uneasy or unsafe, the complete opposite, i felt safe at all times. The bed was SO comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure (if that stuff is important to you as it is for me). Breakfast was good, I didn’t try dinner services but I did walk by and it smelled great! There’s a bar in the lobby and a second one in the 3rd floor with a pool and nice terrace. The host was very quick to reply, kind and helpful. The price is more than fair and worth it. Absolutely recommend!

Amazing super peaceful place. 20 meters from the famous magnetic beach, but feels like whole beach and sea is your privately owned, cz it’s empty and all for you. We would love to come back in the future!

everything was good, clean and beautiful house, center of the city. wonderful view and cool balcony. but there were no trash bags, a gel for washing clothes and we were without water ~one hour (it's not a hosts fault, just unlucky)

It was good experience, the host family is really nice and friendly. They served a wonderful dinner with traditional homemade food and wine, which was followed by cozy time with most of the family members.

A cozy apartment right next to the sea. Everything looked exactly like in the photos — even the decorative rocks and plants — which made for a great first impression. The space was clean, and it included all the basics. After two days the 45th-floor height felt manageable. There's a small drying rack on the balcony as well, which is a nice touch. Three key things to know before booking: 1. The refrigerator is compact, so it’s not ideal for storing a lot of food — but it’s perfectly fine for a short stay. 2. Cleaning service is available for 60 GEL per visit, and if you're staying more than a week, you get one free cleaning included. 3. The elevators. Sometimes you’ll get up to your apartment in just a couple of minutes. Other times — especially in the afternoon when there are more tourists — you might end up waiting 15–30 minutes.
