Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

The S-Bahn Station "Gröbenzell" is 5 Minutes by walking away and it takes 20 minutes to go to the inner city. I try to do my best to make my guests feel home and get in touch with our local sights, beer and culture. You'll have a kingsize bed for 2 persons (180cm x 230cm), one queensize bed (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons and one more floor mattress (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons to sleep. There are bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. The balcony is perfect for relaxing.

The penthouse is located in Esting, just 20 minutes by train from downtown Munich and 30 minutes from the airport. It's in the attic of our house. We live downstairs with our two children: a 10-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl. Esting train station is an 8-minute walk away. A 10-minute walk away you will find supermarkets and everything you need for your comfort. In case you need it, we also offer transportation from the airport to the house

Ich biete mein teilrenoviertes Haus zur Miete an. Das Haus liegt ruhig an einer Seitenstraße. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Puchheim erreicht man in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Zur Stadtmitte / München Marienplatz braucht man ca. 30 Minuten. Ein privater Autostellplatz ist Verfügbar. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer im OG. Im EG gibt es ein Gäste WC, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer, welches aber gerade noch renoviert wird.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The fully equipped apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station. The apartment is located in the basement, but daylight comes into the room through the two windows. The main train station is 20 minutes away by S-Bahn (suburban train). In Olching there are numerous lakes and the Amper with beautiful places that invite you to linger or swim. Shops for daily shopping and various restaurants can be found within a 15-minute walk.

A narrow spiral staircase leads to the small apartment for max. 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, small kitchen, view of the garden. Barbecue and terrace may be used. To Waldschwaigsee about 400 m, to the bus stop about 200 m. My dog walks freely on the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, Munich is about 15 km away.

We offer our sunny basement to singles or couples on short trips. Use your own bathroom, have a separate entrance and enjoy privacy as if you were in a hotel room. We provide dishes and coffee/tea-makers, so you can have breakfast. Languages: EN, FRA and ITA.
