Through the window on the other side of the room, the morning sun shines towards you. You sleep in this Tiny House/studio less than 500 meters from dunes, beach and sea.

Groede is a beautiful picturesque and cultural village in Zeelandic Flanders, just a stone's throw away from the beach and Waterdunen, a special nature reserve on the border of land and sea. Groede has cozy terraces, beautiful historic streets and is an oasis of peace on the Zeeland-Flemish coast.

After waking up in the morning in the box spring, you can bake your croissants in your own kitchen. Drink a cup of coffee on your own terrace in the morning sun.
