Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Groene Hart

Fijn verblijf gehad, we zaten dichtbij het centrum en alles was op loopafstand/met de bus te bereiken. Fijne schone studio en leuk ingericht!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt – man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage ist super: problemlos und unkompliziert zu erreichen, ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Great place and host with the most. Whilst the place was perfect for us for our week’s stay, the highlight was being hosted by someone who genuinely wanted us to have the best time. Boris was in touch with us right from the start of our booking and then throughout the check in and the stay itself. The building management were doing some one-off work which was entirely outside his control, but he kept us informed of progress and minimised any disruption for us. The check in was easy and flexible and the host greeted us at the place even though we arrived in the evening. It was exactly as described and the kitchen was well equipped for extended stays. There was plenty of room and storage space and the whole place was perfectly clean. I highly recommend Boris and his place And will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Rene's apartment was a great place to stay with secure parking, a nice enclosed backyard for that quiet drink after a hard day's travel, and every convenience in the apartment. Great that it was on ground level too with no steps to climb. Rene was a very gracious host and provided lots of suggestions on where to go. Alkmaar is a lovely town just a short walk away - the Stadskaffee Laurens is a good first stop as it serves half price coffee for that morning pickup. If you combine the Zuiderzeemuseum at nearby Enkhuizen (boat museum with an outdoor folk museum) with a stop at the Museummolen on the way, you will see some real history (much cheaper than Zaanse Schans). Definitely recommended!

I couldn't haven chosen a better place to stay while in Amsterdam 1) Apartment was spotless and In wonderful condition 2) the Apartment is perfect for all occasions, cosy, comfortable, safe, close to everything but not too close, modern and nice to be in !! 3) Bart was amazing, such a brilliant host and nice person, one of the best hosts I've had so far 💪🤙 if you come to Amsterdam I would highly recommend Barts apartment it ticked all the boxes and is good value for money Thanks again Bart I'll definitely be back

Are you looking for a staycation or traveling to Amsterdam with family or friends and looking for a mix of nature and City life then your search ends here. Aside from Mart being a great host and opening his home for us, it's greatly located 20 min from the airport and 20 min to downtown (by car), The Harbor is down the road where you can rent a boat and spend a lovely day in the lake of Vinkeveen where you can hop between islands and have lunch/dinner, you can ride bikes or go for a run or you can stay home and have a lovely bbq. The house is very spacious with incredible design and views. I can't wait to go back.

Der Aufenthalt in Marks Apartment war super. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Wohlfühltraum in toller Lage und super ausgestattet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!!

Great area! Quiet and peaceful. Walkable to Leidsche Rijn train/bus station short ride to Utrecht City Center. The home is very functional and plenty of space with modern amenities. Beautiful sunroom and outdoor area. I would book another visit next time I’m in town.

Avec mes amis nous avons passé un très bon week-end sur place. Tout est équipé parfaitement. Tom est très réactif en cas de problème.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem charmanten Haus. Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber.

Had to spend a few days in Schiedam and found this perfect alternative for a hotel for a better price. Great home feeling place to stay. All you need is there incl. Kitchen and nice little garden to chill. Jonna is a perfect host which I truly recommend.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung war wie erwartet, die Zimmer verteilen sich auf zwei Etagen, unten beim Eingang ist eine Gästetoilette. Im ersten Geschoss ist der wunderschöne große Wohnraum mit offener Küche und zwei Balkonen, der eine direkt am Wasser gelegen, mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Man hat einen Fernseher in der Küche und die Möglichkeit eine Leinwand mit Laptop oder Konsole zu nutzen. Umgebung sehr ruhig, Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar ebenso wie diverse Restaurants alles andere in Max 20 fahrminuten erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu dritt genossen und ausreichend Platz! Das Badezimmer hat Dusche und Wanne. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und auch im Kühlschrank war ausreichend Platz, Wir danken Martin sehr für sein Vertrauen und die tolle Zeit in Loosdrecht. Wir würden wiederkommen, vielleicht mal im Sommer :)

Wir waren total zufrieden mit dem kleinen Ferienhaus, alles war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist super, weder der Strand noch die Innenstadt von Amsterdam ist lange entfernt. Die direkte Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und naturnah. Gerne wieder :)

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

Absolutely the most organized hosts we have ever encountered! Before we even arrived, Kim and Michiel were helpful and communicative and remained so during and after our stay. They arranged someone to greet us at the residence. The apartment has everything you could ever want. We loved the work office, exercise room and balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. They provide a thorough house manual and a things to do sheet that we referenced many times. Sandra was also wonderful. Everything about the home runs smoothly. The location could not be better! We enjoyed seeing the swans hatch and all of the local interests are within walking distance. Our stay was a month long. We would love to return someday. Thank you for the most wonderful experience we could imagine.

Bill’s apartment was fantastic for our stay. The parking was great and felt secure, and the tram link into Amsterdam is just around the corner. Great value for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam and be very comfortable over a long weekend!

The apartment is truly beautiful and inspiring, close to supermarkets in a peaceful area and in a short walk to the city centre. The surroundings are not touristy, even though really close to the busy Jordaan area. Willen was also very receptive and helpful to everything we needed. We had a wonderful time!

Well looked after and stylish Appartment with great double double glazing to keep out the street noises. You cannot find a better location transport wise.. Best bakery right down the street.. Bakhuys! ...

Great apartment and excellent location! We loved our time here and would definitely stay again. Enjoyed being in a cool neighborhood a little away from the more touristy areas, and being able to see a canal from the apt was wonderful.

I stayed with a friend for three nights in the middle of May. The place was beautiful, everything was accessible and little notes in the apartment reminded us that we could use everything that was available. We felt super comfortable right away! The only downside was that the neighbours were very loud, but that was an easy fix (using earplugs). I would recommend bringing some if your staying, just in case. We would definitely come back though. The area was nice and green, with good train connection. Elmar and Tinnie were easy to reach, responded quickly and were always caring and very very nice! The apartment was super well stocked and the home cinema set-up was fantastic. We loved having breakfast on the balcony, and hanging out on the sofa in the evenings. We had a very lovely stay and I would absolutely recommend this place to friends who are looking for a place to stay in Rotterdam. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
