Clean space that totally matches the description and photos. Equipped to accommodate a family with a baby (bottle warmer, shower ring, etc.) We'll keep the address in mind for a future stay.

We had a great stay at Phillipe's house. It's very spacious and accommodated our party of seven adults and two children with no problems. Lovely garden, and we enjoyed the nice warm pool and a few games of Carom billiards! Miannay is a nice quiet village, and we recommend the boucherie!

We were warmly welcomed by Stephane's mom. Stephane came to greet us a little later. In the house is everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the view is fantastic. Stephane is a great and very nice host. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back.

It was as if we were arriving at a small oasis in the middle of our agitated world. The house was even more beautiful than described and we were struck by the cleanliness of the place. In principle, it is not even necessary to leave the estate, as everything is planned to keep you entertained. The neighborhood and Ardre around the lake were also very idyllic to visit (everything is within walking distance). Véronique is a fantastic host, involved in your vacation weeks ahead. She had decorated the house with birthday garlands for our 60s, and prepared a fresh quiche as well as cookies. In short, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Carpe diem, as its name suggests, offers everything you could wish for a harmonious and serene stay. You feel good from the moment you arrive, the house is well designed, elegantly decorated, and down to the smallest detail everything reveals generosity in the welcome, a way of life... I'll let you discover them. The street is quiet, the garden designed to let the children frolic in peace, the ideal location between the main street and the sea, everything is nearby. A wonderful stay for young and old. We'll be back!

A beautiful place to stay in the centre of Montreuil, in easy reach of the restaurants, shops and cafes in the town. The apartment was very well equipped, easy to self-cater there, and with a perfect private sun-trap roof terrace. Belinda was helpful and responsive in all her communications. Jean-Baptiste is a very welcoming and responsive host. The apartment is very well located, quiet, large and the garden is very nice. Easy to keep while being very close to the shops and the dike. The kitchen is super equipped with a real fridge. Very comfortable beds.

Beautiful apartment, conveniently located, clamor, offering breathtaking views of the bay. Very nice small terrace. Sandrine is a very pleasant, available and far-sighted host, who was kind enough to send us a code for parking in the city that served us a lot. Provide a mask if you need complete black to sleep. Kitchen amenities are basic but sufficient if you plan to eat out instead. Thank you for this trip!

Nathalie's apartment is particularly well appointed, flexible in its configuration and very optimized: 2 or three bedrooms, one living room, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet! The living room is very pleasant with a beautiful sea view. The pull-out bed makes it possible to create a separate bedroom from the living room with also a sea view.. The large bedroom on the back is very comfortable. The small bedroom with a second day opening is suitable for children. The kitchen is well equipped, the decoration of the whole neat. We'll be back with pleasure!

Jean-Pierre is a very friendly, available, accommodating and attentive host. He trusted us and everything went very well. The apartment is beautiful, well-equipped (nothing is missing) and perfectly located, right in front of the sea. We took advantage of the balcony to have lunch with a view of the beach. The rooms are large, comfortable, with quality bedding. Everything is within walking distance: shops, beach, city center... A real plus for a family stay! We also enjoyed the board games available for children. It was a very pleasant stay in Berck. Thanks again to Jean-Pierre for his hospitality! We will be back with pleasure and recommend this apartment without hesitation.

the apartment is true to the description, the photos, even better in real life with this magnificent sea view.... it's tastefully decorated we found a very clean apartment where you can feel really expected! nothing was missing! with extra touches: cupcakes, tea, coffee capsules... the bedding was quality, nice sheets were waiting for us, nice towels... Maybe it should be specified that there is a staircase of about twenty steps before accessing the accommodation located on the 1st floor, for people with motor difficulties.... The only very small downside.... Thank you very much to Hélène from the concierge for her warm welcome, and to Nathalie for this exceptional property! The apartment offers a magnificent view from a balcony bathed in sunlight in the morning and evening (shaded during the day). We had a lot of fun having lunch and an aperitif there. We also receive the visit of gulls. :) It is located in the center and therefore close to everything there is to do in the area, all shops and restaurants. 10 minutes' walk from the funicular and close to hiking trails. A secure parking space is available. For us who spent our entire stay on foot, it's a very big plus. We see that special attention has been paid to the cleanliness and decoration of the apartment. Brigitte is very friendly and was accommodating for our arrival. We have absolutely nothing to repeat. Everything was perfect. That's why we gave it 5 stars and why, if we go back to the area, we won't hesitate for a second to stop by again. :)
