The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: very green and quiet environment, well furnished offering all the necessary comfort with a very well-equipped kitchen, large indoor and outdoor spaces with a very beautiful and large garden. Typical Groix house, in its original condition but well maintained, clean and well located in relation to Locmaria beach. The environment is really very quiet and soothing, perfect for unwinding! The owners are also very available, reachable and the flexibility granted on check-in and check-out times was greatly appreciated!

Guy was present when we arrived and eager to give us information about the accommodation, the instructions, the good restaurants and the hikes to do around Guidel. The view is consistent with the description, good bedding, very complete in terms of dishes and small appliances. The only "hiccup" was the rain, next time we'll order sunshine à la carte! We had a great weekend in this very pleasant apartment, directly on the beach. It carries very well its name "feet in the water", the sea view is exceptional and once in the apartment you feel like you are on a boat. From the apartment, activity on the sea is important and we witness the races of oars, sailboats, triathlon training...Everything is done on foot (shops, market, restaurants, walks along the sea to the beautiful village of Lomener). A big thank you for the very accurate information / recommendations, the welcome and flexibility on checkout.

We had a great weekend at Jessica and Jean-Baptiste's. The accommodation is very good and very clean. The residence is very quiet and in a good location. Communication was done by message but our exchanges were very friendly. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Sublime view, a spectacle in the morning, at noon, in the evening, at night, in short all the time and in all weather, but you will have understood this with the previous comments that reflect the reality. Very functional studio, very well arranged and nothing is missing. You can park in the residence's private parking lot. Everything is as advertised. But I think that if we feel so good in this accommodation, it's thanks to Marie and her kindness and trust in us. Relaxing stay in a quiet neighborhood. Port-Louis is a beautiful place to walk, stroll, drink coffee, visit the citadel and its museums, watch the clouds, the birds... and take the bus-boats. Going to Gâvres or Lorient: what a pleasure! A spectacle again.

Very well located accommodation in Carnac, and in all respects in line with what is advertised. Samuel is very responsive, and full of good advice. I came for work so I didn't enjoy the seaside much, but already knowing Carnac and its surroundings well, I was able to appreciate the relevance of his advice. Thank you for the little touches!

the comfort is in the detail, the furniture, the dishes, the decor done with taste, top appliances, we picked up clams and cooked. The view is exotic, there is a superU 900m for shopping and the walk is pleasant. The outdoor terrace has a superb view.

We had a very good stay at Guidel beach. The accommodation is very functional and the instructions left by Solène are very clear. The parking space is nice as well as the bike room. There are many bike paths nearby. The accommodation is very well located, just across the beach.
