Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

The adjoining gîte "Le cyprès" is located on the pretty tree-lined square of "La Mouline", open to traffic. It's an old renovated Périgord house, ideal for visiting. It is located next to the lake (with walking access by footpath, swimming, fishing) and the tennis court.
