Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

The property is located in St. Johann im Pongau and is a former farmhouse, mainly made of wood and was last lovingly renovated in 2025. Very cozy and comfortable for a romantic family vacation or with friends: the ideal place to feel comfortable.
