Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

Alessandra’s place was lovely! It was clean and had everything we could need. The grocery store was close by and the train was about a 20 minute walk so getting to Rome was easy. Alessandra offered to pick us up from the station upon arrival which was very kind! We would love to come back if we find ourselves in the area again :)

We really enjoyed staying in Elianora's apartment. It felt very much like home. We are likely to be back in Frascati before too long and and we will definitely stay there again if it is free! Nothing to dislike and very friendly and helpful service and communication with Stefania, Elianora's daughter, who met us both when we arrived and when we left.

Daniela met us to let us into the apartment which was presently clean and orderly. It does lack some rudimentary kitchen accessories should you wish to do some cooking -however, there are so many great restaurants, pizzerias in downtown Frascati that we had no time to cook during this stay. I would add a possible shower curtain to the one bathroom as the tub has a hose for showering off if one were sitting down in the tub, but to stand up one get water all over the floor so we opted to utilize this shower in the other bedroom which worked perfectly well. Overall, the flat has incredible views, especially so at night time! While, the parking can be a tad difficult. We found a SPOT and did not move our car during our stay. Overall, I would say this is a fantastic flat and Daniela could not have been nicer! I would rent here again for sure.! 🌹

Great stay. The house was in perfect condition, very clean and tidy. Silvia was very kind, she responded quickly to all our questions. Check-in and check-out are very easy and extremely flexible in terms of times. The only negative note concerns the air conditioning system, which is slightly more difficult to adjust than we expected.

We had such an amazing stay! Great location, right next to the train station with easy access to the centre. There was the perfect view of the Vatican from the terrace which was a bonus. The property is gorgeous and super clean! Host is very friendly and responsive - I highly recommend!!

Great place if you want to stay in a more quite area compared to the busy city centre of Rome. Most spots are easily accessible by public transport or even on walking distance!

Loved our stay! Pascale is the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. We found our best dinners and gelato just steps away and she was very helpful with recommendations and accommodations! She truly thinks of everything you could ever need.

Great place to stay and relax before a flight out of Rome. Monica and Andrea are very kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. 10 minutes to the airport. Beach front apartment with on street free parking. We have booked this apartment several times and highly recommend this property.

Paola was a dream to work with and the place was sparkling beautiful. It felt like we were VIP’s. She met with us and greeted us kindly. We really enjoyed the place. It felt like a luxury resort more than an AirBNB. Paola is very friendly and is generous in many ways. We will book here again!

They are very kind, helpful and friendly. They even helped us with our early morning departure by calling a taxi. You have to take a short bus to Rome, but it was worth it. If you follow the Google instructions, everything can be solved. We even got to the beach this way. Thank you very much Sara and Lorenzo!

This place was absolutely beautiful we were made to feel right at home. We had great links to the metro to pop into the centre of Rome with ease or to connect to other stations to go further afield. The flat is beautiful, the sunset every night was magical. It was great to have a place to get away from some of the crowds in Rome and then venture in when we were up for it. Andrea was probably the best host we have had, super attentive, was open to give really helpful recommendations and invite us to local events, and he filled the stay with bonus things like all of the stuff you need to make a pasta dinner on your arrival and some local prosecco it was just the best. Highly recommend, would be lucky to go back ourselves!

Loved our stay at Margrethe's amazing flat with views, style and peace of mind. Felt lucky to stay there with such incredible aspects over both sides of Trastevere. Street is very busy downstairs but double glazing worked a treat. Balcony delightful in the evening. Cobblestone tricky for those not use to them in this part of Trastevere. Lift never failed us and was necessary too so no problems at all with that. AC good too. Amazing thank you Kate and Stephen

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Our family of seven fit perfectly in the apartment with plenty of bathrooms to share. Gabriela was responsive and helpful. Check in and access was super easy. We made use of the washer/dryer as we’re were half way into our three week trip - this was great for us. We also had some easy dinners around the kitchen hen table - we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!!
