Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Groveland

This lovely home was exactly as described. Located near the end of a gated street, but within 20 minutes of many restaurants. It also had the best selection of kitchen supplies and the nicest washer & dryer I’ve ever seen in a rental. Sue was a pleasure to work with!! We hope to return next year.

Val was very helpful from check in until check out. Everything went very smoothly and is a beautiful home. The home was set up with all the amenities we needed and had a well stocked kitchen. We were 2 families with teenagers and it was a great set up for us to enjoy time together around the fire pit or games at the dining room table while still having space to spread out. We brought out kayaks and found some wonderful places to explore nearby. we will definatly be renting this home again!

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The rooms were so much bigger than they seemed in the pictures and I absolutely loved all the windows so that we could see the beautiful surroundings. The morning sun rose above a pond-filled pasture and it was amazing. Everyone in my family said they slept so soundly in this house and the beds were comfortable. We especially liked that there wasn't clutter or rugs in this home because, although we have a pet, we are also allergic to some pet dander in places that cannot be cleaned properly. I am happy to say that we had no problems with allergies here. The towels and bedding were very clean and there were extra blankets and pillows available if we needed them. They also have many items for babies that could really make it easier on families to not have to pack those things. Marjorie responded quickly and was always friendly when I contacted her. We would most definitely stay here again.

We had another great stay at Belkins place. The house was clean, cozy, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to get around and relax. Belkins was friendly, helpful, and responsive. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Mt. Dora area, and we'd be happy to stay again!

Enjoyed our stay immensely! House was exactly like the pictures very comfortable and beautifully decorated, son loved the kids room and play area many games to keep him occupied. Spa and pool were great as well. Host Sophia was very responsive when we had questions and she proactively greeted us before our stay and allowed an earlier check in when house was ready

Had an extended stay here and it was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and has great amenities. Short walk to lake louisa as well and is close to shopping. The unit is well kept and had everything I needed for my stay! Jessica and her husband responded quickly and answered all my questions. I appreciated their tentativeness!! Will stay here again if I get the opportunity!

Great little house with everything you need. I was very impressed with the warm welcoming touches David added to the home before we arrived. He was very kind, friendly and very responsive. He also introduced us to Wild fire, his beautiful horse.

The house was clean and orderly upon our arrival. In fact, the floor was still a little wet as the cleaners had just left. The house was ready at check in. Other than the weather, which is nobody's fault, everything was great. Nancy was a pleasure to deal with and it was nice to actually meet her, since she dropped something off for us. We will definitely stay at this property when we are in the area.

I can’t say enough about this place or the host!! It was way more than I ever expected. We were able to check in sooner than the original check in time. Dave was awesome with communication and periodically checked in to make sure everything was going good throughout our stay. Everything was well stocked in the house from the kitchen (including spices and other little stuff that you would normally have to run out and buy to make a meal) to the bathrooms. There is everything you would need for the pool also. Dave even thought about your furry friends by providing leashes/bowls and treats. The house was immaculate! All you needed to do was literally pack your bags. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to return to the villages in the winter time!

Such a great little spot in a nice neighborhood. Home is very clean and super comfortable. They also allow dogs so this fit us perfectly. The pool was amazing and we used it when we could. We had my daughter’s graduation to attend and we did some Disney days so we weren’t there all day every day but it did feel like home. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay outside the busyness of the Orlando area. There are great businesses in the area for shopping and dining. Disney was only 30-40 min away depending on the park you’re visiting. I will be using this home if it’s available on our next trip!

Great atmosphere! We rented a golf cart. It’s like 35 a day or something very nice. Make sure you download the villages app so you can get around golf carts have their own road on tunnels that get you across the highway to Publix to restaurants to gas stations like it’s really unique. All with in 3 miles of your stay and all golf cart assessable. Scott was amazing with communication!

Our stay was perfect for a quick stay with my teenage son headed to a camp nearby. The drive in was amazingly peaceful, the property is beautiful and quiet, and the space was immaculate and comfy. Will definitely stay here again.

Love it! I can't say enough! We came last year too and stayed here for Leesburg dragonboat festival. Bernadette and her husband are just the nicest people! We feel very welcome with our dogs :). They have all the comforts of home. We forgot our coffee and they had it! I hope to make it an annual tradition for dragonboat if they will have us! Fishing is great! Hubby caught a 5 pound big mouth Bass and liked sitting and watching the pros come back with their bass boats for tournament fishing. Great weekend getaway! Thanks Bernadette!

Lam is a great Airbnb host and his waterfront Airbnb (“Oasis”) is truly a spectacular experience! We enjoyed spending our day in the amazing pool and the evenings overlooking the lake. I highly recommend booking this for your next stay! You will not regret it!!

William’s place was a great base for exploration of the Lake Apopka area. The apartment was very clean, well air-conditioned (in an Orlando-area early heat wave), the bed was comfortable, and close to the restaurants of Winter Garden. Sunset over the lake was steps away, and all-in-all, a beautiful, restful place. While we didn’t take advantage of golf-cart rental, William offers that too and that would have been a fun way to get around the area. I recommend William’s place to others and will look for his availability again in our next birding adventure to Orlando!

I can’t say enough about Rosemarie as a host and this listing as a location. If you’re looking for a home centrally located in Clermont with a great host, then book this place. We will stay here every time we need a place in the area!

We had such a peaceful and memorable time staying on this beautiful piece of land. Our group of 4 adults and 1 child stayed in the RV, which was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed — but what really made this stay special was the property itself. Waking up to the sounds of nature, feeding the animals, and being surrounded by open land felt like the perfect reset. The little furry friends were such a highlight, especially for the little one in our group. It was heartwarming to be able to interact with them, feed them, and just enjoy their presence throughout our stay. Evenings by the campfire were peaceful and grounding — just sitting under the stars, talking, and enjoying the quiet. It’s not often you find a place that offers this kind of connection to both nature and stillness. The location is great too — tucked away, but still close enough to springs, trails, and even some fun attractions if you're up for a short drive. The host was friendly and made sure we felt welcome.
