One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

Apartments Smile are located in the picturesque town of Grožnjan, 15 km away from Novigrad or 20 km away from Umag. Apartments Smile are situated in a family house and consist of 3 apartments on the ground and the 2nd floor. The guests also have a garden at their disposal, as well as an outdoor, roofed terrace with a dining area. Cyclists have at their disposal storage for their bikes during the night. Dogs are allowed, with an additional cost of €10 per day (payment at the accommodation).

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Peaceful Villa with breathetaking view

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Bellevue Apartment

The Bellevue apartment has a great view of Grisignana, surrounded by unspoiled nature and nestled in the Antolovic family's olive groves. It has free private parking, the tap water is drinkable, and a terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning and admire the wonderful view of Grisignana. Depending on the season, guests are offered organic products from the garden: fruit, vegetables, and award-winning extra virgin olive oil. It is about twenty km from the sea.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
