Nice place! Trisha was very responsive. The microwave broke and she had it fixed within hours.

Diana’s place was awesome. I was happily surprised there were spare batteries in the drawer when the batteries in the tv remote died. Diana went above and beyond with cute art, candles, lots of blankets, and a great Keurig.

Place was great. We had fun in the pool and in the large field behind the place. Place was clean and beds were comfortable.

We had a fantastic weekend! The condo was very clean and had all we needed! My favorite part was that it was so nice and cold In the condo! I had a great night sleep…the pool was amazing along with the view of the deers out of the patio door.

This was our second time staying at this AirBnB and I can’t recommend this place enough. The host is always prompt to respond and very helpful!

We grew up in NB and can confirm that you literally can’t get a better location than this. This home is only a few minutes walk from pretty much everything… the Comal River, Schlitterbahn, downtown NB, Landa Park, and amazing restaurants. The home is cozy, private and the layout is fantastic. Our kids loved staying here and affectionately called it “the big house”. Cathy was a fabulous host. She was incredibly responsive and provided all of the information we needed and more. We will definitely be booking another trip here in the future!

Paula and Rafael were amazing! Any questions I had were answered almost immediately. The place was spotless and welcoming! It was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip to the river. The condo complex was super quiet. This is a hidden gem!

Such a beautiful place to stay. We really enjoyed the deer and even fed them. The pool was very relaxing, if back in the area this will be a new go to place to stay.

Such a great place with a beautiful pool space, comfy beds, big kitchen, huge bathroom and shower and some super cute walkable bars,restaurants and a coffee shop. Very close to shopping, food, Gruene and downtown New Braunfels. We were never more than a 10 minute drive from anything we wanted to do. The first night we had a very minor problem with the shower head, I messaged the host and received a very quick reply. Someone was there the next morning to replace it while we were out enjoying breakfast! Would definitely stay here again. Although it’s a condo the complex is very quiet, clean, and aesthetic! I was a little worried about parking since the reservation only comes with one parking spot/ parking pass but it was not a problem. There was plenty of safe parking very close by and all around the gated complex. I will be back!

Amazing spot! Close to some good eats and the lake. The Villas pool was very nice! Very clean condo and when I had questions Kelly responded within 5mins! We will book again.

Condo was beautiful! Bigger than we expected which was great! The kitchen was well stocked with things you needed. The kids really enjoyed all the board games and such. Kept them occupied at the end of day. The fire pit outside and grill was awesome to have! Love the views! The river access was perfect!! Very quiet and peaceful! Only thing is we’d love to be able to bring our dog but they are not pet friendly during busy season is what we gathered. Overall though, we loved it and will return!!

This place was perfect for an affordable long weekend trip.

We were able to check in earlier then the set time which helped and the home was very inviting walking in and staying there. Was like being home but a different and peaceful environment. We would love to stay here again when the opportunity presents itself again. Thank you again Mary for the amazing experience we had while staying there. Loved every day of it

We loved the River City Resort! We were able to walk to everything. The place was very clean and relaxing. We only took six people but originally planned for 8. If we did take 8 we wouldn’t have had a comfortable place for the 7th and 8th guests to sleep. Adding another bed or pull out couch would be a great addition. Other than that we had a absolutely wonderful stay!

Had a girls weekend at the comfortable condo. Perfect location, was very clean, comfortable beds and a large rear patio we used often to enjoy views of Comal River. Deer came nightly. Very close to Schlitterbahn too. Perfect time to visit before summer crowds.

Clean and great location. Walkable to Gruene. Space was just as described. Beautiful space.
