pretty refurbished studio, very bright facing south, bay window overlooking the pedestrian street and the sea, in the heart of the city with all amenities nearby...the beach is 100m away. the studio is on the first floor with a double secure entrance. Listing is rated 2 stars . At La Tranche sur Mer, parking lots are charged from April to September, I give a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella maris" car park 100 m from the accommodation.

Small townhouse near forest, 500 m from Les Conches beach, surfing, pool from May to September. Bed linens for the room included in the rental price. Pull-out sofa in the living room (sleeps two people), provide sheets for small beds 90 x 190, duvets and pillows. Not included in the rental. Fully equipped studio for vacation or work

My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A deposit of €50 is required at key exchange. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be charged if cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door. No smoking allowed. Free wifi access
