The Millennium Tower very close to Woodbridge

The Millennium Tower is a unique architect designed building commissioned to celebrate the year 2000. The building has 7 sides for seven days of the week and 4 floors for four seasons. There is a small spiral staircase in the pepper pot top providing access to the roof terrace which is surrounded by a tree canopy of chestnut, oak and birch. The tower is located in 14 acres of deciduous woodland a short distance from the Market Town of Woodbridge. It provides an ideal base to explore the area.

The Coach House

A charming and unique rural cottage, set in the grounds of a Victorian house within secluded gardens with secure gates. There is an outside private outdoor dining area with on-site parking. The cottage is ideally suited to adults (no children or pets), with 2 double bedrooms, one shower room and downstairs cloakroom. a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils and electric hob and oven. For those cosy evenings there is a woodburner in the lounge area with games and books available to guests.

Little Kirby Lodge with hot tub (extra charge)

A 15 min walk, 3 min drive from the town centre, and just over the driveway from our home, Kirby Lodge (cosy for 2, tiny for 4) has a completely private patio, a small kitchen with breakfast bar & seating for two, shower room, & double bedroom. Living room has pull-down double bed (see main listing for additional info) + Sky/TNT Sports, & selection of books & board games. The patio has a table, 2 chairs, sofa , & optional hot tub. Contemporary self-contained studio. You will have exclusive access to our private outdoor heated pool for an hour each day 7am-12noon in summer months June to September. With off street parking for two mid size cars and a south facing (sun trap) garden, Jasmine Cottage is a perfect base for a Suffolk getaway. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. Dogs welcome (fully enclosed garden).

The Coach House, Melton, Woodbridge

The house is a converted coach house set in beautiful gardens and an ideal base from which to explore the area's many attractions. There are two double rooms (one of which can be converted to a twin) both with ensuites. Fully furnished chalet style kitchen, with an induction hob and small fridge with an ice box. Perfect for creating light meals and additional fridge storage is available if needed. Cozzy living area with smart TV and circular table for seating 4.
