Great place. Great value and great views. Enjoyed our stay!

Our family went out for a few days during spring break and it was awesome!! My girls loved all of the animals, the big indoor pool, and fishing!! We plan to come again! Fred was also super responsive and the place was so easy to find!

This was exactly what we were looking for-a clean, comfortable place with a beautiful view and mountain feel on our way to Savannah to visit family. The weather was perfect for one of the days, and the other day it was rainy and foggy, but we spent that day going to Ruby Falls. It cleared up in the afternoon. We spent evenings around the fire pit in which wood was provided and we brought our own outdoor chairs that were more comfortable than the benches provided. We also grilled out using the grill on the property, and there were plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. Everything was just as pictured. All in all, a wonderful getaway. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Fred, our host.

This was a dream come true for our family! My kids were thrilled with their experience and couldn’t have been happier! My wife and I felt so much at peace and we loved the view. We felt so happy with our choice we booked an extra night and no one wanted to leave! Absolutely amazing!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The surrounding property was beautiful, the pool was even better than expected and the cabin was beautiful and exceptionally fun for the kids! The only thing I wasn’t expecting was the stairs, they’re more like a latter. Which is fine as long as you don’t have toddlers! Overall, definitely a 10/10, we are already starting to plan a trip for next year and will definitely stay at one of Fred’s properties again, probably this one!

We loved our stay at Fred’s cabin! He was very easy to work with. He reached out to us before check in to let us know of some updates and made sure of our time of arrival. My kids thought the hobbit room was fantastic! The amenities worked perfectly with our needs and the view was outstanding! The pool area was a hit for all of us! The cabin is close enough to multiple activities and restaurants but also gives you the peaceful mountain feel! We would definitely recommend!!

A great stay in a lovely home. We walked to Coolidge Park, local ships (including an amazing book shop), Basecamp Restaurant, and my kids insisted on ‘Chalk Alley’ each day. The home was clean, nicely decorated, and far away enough from the road to be super peaceful at night. Kitchen was well appointed and the beds super comfy and if you like a walkable location, can’t be beat.

If your looking for a place to unwind from life, this home is where you need to stay! It has all the amenities that you will need and is close to several attractions when you want to play! Being in the area to visit with family it met all our expectations! But the best feature is the covered porch with a swing - you really won’t want to leave!

We had a great stay at Sue’s place! She was incredibly responsive and promptly addressed any questions we had, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. The home is located in a charming neighborhood that's quiet yet very walkable. We especially loved being so close to great breakfast spot and appreciated how centrally located the home was—it made getting around super convenient. The only small downside was that the linens had a bit of a musty smell and could use an update, but overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!

This house is in a quiet but friendly neighborhood. Plenty of neighbors walking over to the park up the road / hill. It is close to the North Shore busy area, but that is a short drive away. Walking distance to a few fast food places. Our dogs loved the yard and felt at home there. I enjoyed the small back patio and table. The house, linens and surfaces were all quite clean. Lynn left clear instructions in a booklet and included local recommendations - those were all helpful. We did struggle a bit to get understand how to watch the local TV stations.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Can't wait to come back! The house and backyard are comfortable, well-appointed and just lovely! I felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed my walks!

We have stayed at a couple of Tim's properties. They are always a 5 star. We love the Northshore area - beautiful homes and close to downtown. Tim is a great host!

It was by luck we were able to stay at Ben’s place. He was quick to respond, funny and made sure we were right at home. We wish we could have stayed longer but for good reason, his place is all booked up!

We enjoyed ourselves so much. We were warmly greeted, and given a tour. We opted for the morning farm chores, and they were fun and educational. It was my husbands 60th birthday, and he milked a cow for the first time!! We were offered Bible study after the chores, and Brynne did a great job. Brynne was our farm chore guide too. She was excellent at both. At night, I opened our window, and the ladybugs greeted me, and I could see the stars from my pillow. The weather was perfect. I’m very happy with my stay, and would recommend it. We were about 45-60 minutes from Chattanooga, where our activities were for the weekend, but it’s an easy drive. It was so quiet and peaceful, that you forget there are animals right near you. My husband had a great birthday weekend!!’

Amy's home was absolutely perfect for our stay! We felt right at home. Check-in, check-out, and everything in between was seamless. We would love to stay here again for our next trip to Chattanooga!

We loved staying at Merritt's Place! Very cozy and the hosts were very accommodating! The pool was refreshing and clean! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was big and spacious! It was everything we needed!!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was just perfect. It was close to Fall Creek Falls, great trails all around. We loved the location. Our view from the back deck was beautiful wooded area. The view from the front porch was a beautiful pasture with horses. The roads were nice to walk each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Shirley’s place was larger than expected & worked perfectly for our extended family with plenty of space. It is on a busy road, yet it sits back on a very large property backing up to a creek. There are plenty of trees giving you privacy. The pool was refreshing & she supplied plenty of towels. Her home is fully stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
