Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gruyère District

This house is very well located and also accessible by public transport. We were 10 people and spent a wonderful weekend there - thank you very much for everything, including the flexible check-in and check-out times! We would come back.

Very nice home, quiet, clean, well-equipped and well-located! The only comment would be to advise in advance that the washer and dryer are shared with the basement tenants. We recommend this place!

We had a great stay up at Wilerbädli for the second year. The location for our courses and the size make it a fantastic base. The house has a lot of character. Christian is always responsive and helpful.

Elisabeth’s place was thoughtfully curated. We felt comfortable travelling with our family and baby. Stunning surroundings and a memorable trip. I would come back again!

This accommodation has a very spacious and pleasant common area to share with 6 (possibility of retiring to 3 small bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom) with a large terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need for those who like to cook (food, condiments and basics to provide yourself). Located in a very quiet green island, with a nice clearing on the surrounding mountains that still allow you to enjoy the sun throughout the day, this accommodation allows you to go for beautiful walks without having to travel beforehand. We felt very good there and would be happy to come back :-) Thank you to Ludovica, who was perfect!

The landlord is very friendly, and we have the highest level of trust in each other. We can understand each other in a timely manner when problems arise. The landlord is extremely kind. 👍 This place is suitable for hiking and skiing. The scenery here is as beautiful as a painting, and it's very convenient to get around.

The apartment is perfect, spacious, extremely clean and well-equipped. The location is ideal, an exceptional view of the mountains and literally at the foot of the ski and tobogganing slopes. However, you should know that the rental is managed by the tourist office, the exchanges remain quite impersonal and the response time is long. We arrived at 6 p.m., so outside the opening hours, and the exact entrance to the building was not indicated (only all the buildings are surrounded on the map). So it was impossible to reach someone, and with 3 children including a baby, in the dark and in the snow, it was very complicated. Other than that the experience is great and we will definitely recommend this place!

2nd stay at Nadia's and still as pleasant! The highlights of this accommodation are Nadia's kindness and hospitality as well as the incredible view from the accommodation, which is quiet. The studio is functional and there is everything you need to have a pleasant stay, sleeping well or enjoying the terrace from a deckchair while admiring the view. The only neighbors are the cows! I highly recommend this accommodation for a nice stay in the mountains.

Wow, what an amazing apartment in a fabulous location. The views from every window and decking are over the beautiful mountains. Daniela is a great host, she provided helpful ideas to make the most of our stay together with thoughtful gifts such as dog treats and bowls for our hound. The apartment is spotlessly clean, is fully equipped and all together beautiful. We can't recommend it more highly. We'll done Daniela, you are a great host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah's place. The apartment was very comfortable for a family of five. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage space. The area is beautiful, and the town is very nice. Sarah is an amazing host—super responsive and very helpful in planning our stay

Amazing place in a great location with many activities to do in the region. Charlène made sure we had everything we needed (with some complimentary goodies!). From information on what to do, how to get there (bikes were included), to a fully equipped kitchen and an amazing bathroom. Fully recommend to anyone looking for a quite getaway with fun activities and great sights.

Such a beautiful place in an equally beautiful location. For those who wish to experience the Swiss country side and yet be fairly close enough to cover all the main attractions of the region, look no further. Stayed 5 nights with my family with 2 kids, and everyday was memorable. The house layout is made for the view, and it’s simply unforgettable.. all the basics are in place and more, no complaints there whatsoever.. in fact one would be pleasantly surprised coming here, for the photos just cannot do justice to what one feels here.. keywords: spacious, comfortable, magical, and beautiful. the hosts and manager were wonderful too.. always ready to help with whatever u need may it be home related or otherwise.. thank you for the amazing experience.. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wishes to come back to a serene Swiss paradise at the end of a long day of travel, tourists, and attractions..

House perfectly in accordance with the description. Very bright, well-equipped. Very easy and fast communication with Gideon. Very easy and flexible check-in. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 children (2 double beds and 2 single beds).

We stayed at Patrice's house for an extended weekend (6 adults with 4 children). We all had enough space for retreat and great, large common areas. The generosity of Patrice and his family overwhelmed us very much. So many toys were allowed to be used. For our children it was absolute paradise! The amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and garden were also absolutely fantastic. The pool and garden were a dream. We were able to relax very well and enjoyed the time with Patrice very much. We'd love to come back another time.

We had a beautiful stay at the house, it’s very quiet, has a wonderful setting and is well equipped. Stuart was very responsive and forthcoming. You do need a car for getting around for shopping and visiting nearby attractions, and the traffic can get dense during rushhour. This house is highly recommended if you want to spend some beautiful days at and on the lake Geneva.

In this small chalet, you immediately feel at home. Location is quiet and the view very nice. We arrived as a family with three children. For us, the room layout was perfect and the space in the living area was pleasant. The large seating area invites you to linger comfortably and the children enjoyed playing around on the meadow. The decor was simple and stylish. Despite the limited space, the kitchen is functionally equipped and there is a dishwasher. We liked it very much and we would be happy to book it again.
