Holiday rentals with a patio in Guadalajara

We stayed here for one night in transit. Only 20 minutes from the highway in a beautiful peaceful place. Lots of privacy, we were the only ones there. The patio with roses is very nice and a wonderful place for breakfast. The space is nicely decorated. We could also take a nice walk in the area with our dog. It was early, because it soon became quite hot. Carmen responds quickly to messages. In short, a nice place to stop with our dog during our trip.

The apartment conformed to the description and photos. It is newly built and well equipped. Paco was super attentive and made everything very easy for check-in and check-out.

Perfect place for 4 people, In a quiet environment, We enjoyed the proximity to the metro. Recommended

I recommend it 100%, because the accommodation is just like the photos, it is beautiful, it was clean and tidy, easy to access, and has everything you need to spend a few days. And Josefa is exceptional, responds very quickly, is very kind and clear with the information, and the detail of the cookies and coffee is a total plus.

The apartment is not lacking in detail, you have everything you need to have a super quiet and pleasant stay, in a quiet town where you can disconnect. Carlos and Lola are super friendly and helpful. Lola makes some amazing stews. Our dogs were in heaven. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful stay, the place is idyllic, the communication with Gema is unbeatable, attentive at all times, with air conditioning that is not much needed because it is very well insulated, at night cool gacía on the outside but inside the perfect temperature was maintained throughout the night, the beds were super comfortable, everything new and modern, maximum cleanliness, in short, an unbeatable experience 🥰

We passed a super nice bridge in Mario's place, he welcomed us at the agreed time and explained everything very kindly, then the house is great with all the amenities, a spectacular terrace and unbeatable views. We will be back!!

The apartment is just as described in the photos . It is intimate and everything is super new . decorated to detail and a point in favor being able to go with our dogs . The Most Incredible Experience at Jesus' House. We stayed at the house with a group of friends for a weekend and it was just spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Jesus was an exceptional host, very attentive and always available for any questions or recommendations we may need. The house is spotless, well cared for and has all the details thought out. Jesus even left us books on top of the beds and in the bathroom, a detail that we loved and gave a very special touch to the place. Plus, it boasts plenty of board game options, chess, a huge bowling game, and even a mini golf!! I definitely recommend Jesus' house to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable few days. We'll be back without a doubt!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. We were able to prepare a paella and throw a quiet bridge with friends. The patio area is great and the living rooms of the house are very cozy. We missed a little more kitchen supplies (like a strainer), but otherwise we had no problems. In addition, communication with Purificación was excellent at all times, she is a attentive host who resolves your questions quickly and provides you with all the necessary information.

Hernán has been a great host, attentive and open to any issue that came up, he made us feel very comfortable. The house had everything we needed. The location allows you to be close to Madrid, allowing both access to downtown Madrid and other places nearby; at the same time it is located in a very quiet area. It was a very pleasant stay.

I had a great stay at Nicolas's apartment! The location is very convenient, with easy access to Madrid by bus and train. There’s also plenty of free parking around the apartment, which was a big plus. The house looks exactly like the photos—clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the locks on the bedroom and bathroom doors, which added an extra level of privacy. Nicolas is an incredibly welcoming host, and his homemade meals were absolutely delicious! He went out of his way to ensure that anything I needed during my stay was provided. Highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable visit!

The apartment is spacious, there were 5 of us, and we slept very well, 2 in a room with single beds, 2 in a double bed, and one in the living room on a very comfortable sofa bed (which two can sleep in as well). Everything was very very clean and well conditioned. The place is secluded, but very close to Cuenca, the Ciudad Encantada and the Serranía de Cuenca. Wonderful to disconnect. Carlos is a super host, worrying from the first moment that our stay was as pleasant as possible and at our disposal for whatever we needed. He gave us some fantastic tips to visit Cuenca, and other beautiful places nearby, where to eat well, etc. We will repeat.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is 40 minutes by train from Madrid, in a peaceful environment, close to shops. There is a very nice little garden at the back of the apartment.

We had a great time at Laura and Daniel's in Paracuellos, very close to Madrid. The apartment was great: clean, comfortable and very well located. Thanks to public transport, it was very easy to get to the center of Madrid without a car. On April 28, a massive power outage hit Spain and Portugal. Despite this, Laura and Daniel were incredibly thoughtful: they provided us with portable lamps and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. The fact that Laura is fluent in French has greatly facilitated communication and was of great help. We highly recommend this accommodation for its comfort, its ideal location and especially for the exceptional hospitality of Laura and Daniel.
