Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Guadalajara

The apartment was the cleanest I’ve stayed at in an Airbnb! The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and the shutters close to make the room completely dark for a good nights sleep. They also provided toiletries including toothbrush/toothpaste if needed, slippers, various pillow options and good quality bath towels. Also the apartment kitchen was equipped for cooking. Carmen and Carlos prepared a delicious dinner for us with meat on hot stone, salad and a variety of cheeses. My husband has a gluten allergy and Carmen was very thoughtful and put small gluten free muffins in our room as well as gluten free crackers. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

The apartment is in acceptable condition to spend a few days; clean and tidy. I would recommend renewing the kitchenware

The apartment was super nicely decorated and location wise super close to the city center. Everything was reachable by foot in a few minutes. The apartment offered everything you could need and Laureano was super helpful. Thank you for the stay! I can only recommend this place.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Very nice quite location within walking distance of all the main attractions, bars, and restaurants. Easy to park and leave your car.

Access from Airport is 30 minutes under normal traffic. Restaurants, grocery etc available on one minute walk. Sofa bed excellent for an adult. We were 3 adults in transit, stayed overnight. Everything was excellent. Parking - Ample free public parking available in train station lot which is closer and more convenient than the basement parking. Basement parking spot but ensure to ask for a physical key to enter the elevator and back to the basement. Excellent communication. Excellent stay. Excellent location.

Everything is fine, my only acceptable thing is the price of the house, as it is far away, everything in a half-ghost town, but in terms of cleanliness and everything else, everything is fine. It is true that the price for what it is, is a little high.

The stay was incredible, upon arriving Violeta greeted us in an incredible way trying to help us in as much as possible, recommending where to go, what places to visit, what to do, etc. It was a different weekend that we would totally repeat without hesitation.

We were very comfortable at Sonia's house. Communication with her was always great and always available if you have any questions. The house and common areas are very pleasant and enjoyable. We went with children and they really enjoyed it. Maybe it would be a plus in the house if I had air conditioning in the living room since, although at night we did not get hot because it is an area in which the wind runs, in the central hours of the day inside we did get a little hot. Anyway, we were able to cope better with the fans that Sonia left us and of course with the pool which was great.

Very convenient for the airport, spotlessly clean, and Antonio is a friendly and considerate host. This was a great spot to stay for my layover and much better value than the airport hotel.
