Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

A nice, modern apartment, built in 2020, furnished with modern and functional furniture. It has a 1.50 bed and two 90 cm beds with viscoelastic mattresses. A 2.00 sofa bed in the living room. A large terrace facing west, so it has natural light until late afternoon. Air conditioning/heating in all rooms. Coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator, full kitchen, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Pool and garage with storage room. 200 meters from Calabajío and Pozuelo beaches.

The nearest costal town is Almuñecar.
