Holiday rentals with beach access in Gualala, Mendocino County

What a fantastic stay! We’ve been visiting Mendocino for years and can’t believe it took us so long to find Mary’s place. Superb location…super spacious and well equipped. Views couldn’t be any better and so convenient to the local shops and restaurants. Hope to stay there again.

We were very happy at Hy's apartment for the week of our stay. Came to Port Richmond to visit our grandkids and our daughter. Impeccably clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfy bedroom and excellent shower (great water pressure). The flat has a nice private outdoor space just perfect for a coffee in the morning to start the day. Parking for one car is offered at the front of the house-- a luxury in the bay area. Hy was available throughout our stay through text, a wonderful host. We will be back! Claudio/Mark

Quirky, spacious apartment with plenty of amenities for the traveler. Really lovely peaceful setting. Rick is very responsive and helpful. Pay attention to his advice about the traffic patterns by the freeway. (P.S. If anyone in your group has allergies be aware that there’s a pretty bold outdoor cat hanging around!)

Enjoyed our stay! Great views and very accessible to restaurants, the beach, grocery store, and golfing.

My wife and I enjoyed an absolutely delightful 4-night visit. Perfect place for a quiet, peaceful home base from which to enjoy all that the Russian River area has to offer. Kathy and Mike are very thoughtful and generous hosts. Their care and attention to detail to ensure their guests have everything they need to have as comfortable and enjoyable a stay as possible was evident throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

This is a great apartment with a spectacular view. If you are a bird watcher or nature lover, you will flip! There are sea birds, sea lions, herons and egrets right outside your window. It is also very easy short walk to the Tides Wharf with restaurant, snack bar, gift shop and fish market. Megan was always available and responsive to our many questions.

Our hosts were very responsive and very kind. They covered all the bases — had everything we needed and the space had stylish furniture and chic design. We loved relaxing on the sofa and watching games on the TV or the bed. The swivel stand is great. The bathroom was spacious. I savored my morning coffee with the views out the patio, beautiful. We’re looking forward to returning in the future.

This home has the most beautiful views and the house is wonderful as well. The furnishings were cozy, clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and wished we could stay longer. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Really enjoyed the location and the enclosed patio so we could sit outside and enjoy the ocean view keeping out of the wind. Lots of things to do in the area if you like hiking and exploring.

My husband Josh and I had an unforgettable time at Cindi’s place in Sea Ranch. The home was even more beautiful than the photos—unique architecture, cozy design, and right on the beach. Every evening we watched the waves crash on the rocks just outside the window. It was peaceful, stunning, and truly magical. Cindi was a fantastic host, super helpful and kind. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

BayMod was my favorite place I have ever stayed (which is saying something as I travel a lot!). The location, amenities, cleanliness, organization of everything was spectacular! I did not want to leave! We loved sitting on the patio looking at the bay. We also really enjoyed the hottub! Truly a magical place to stay! Debra is also exceptionally nice! Can't recommend highly enough!

This home is absolutely incredible-- breathtaking views, gorgeous decor, large kitchen with ample cookware, amazing deck, CLEAN, comfortable beds, fantastic location. Sea Ranch itself is a wonderful place for those seeking a quiet & peaceful area surrounded by awe-inspiring natural beauty. We had such a peaceful and restorative stay at this beautiful Mendocino loft. The space is just as described—open, airy, and designed with care. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the clawfoot tub made for some truly relaxing evenings. We really appreciated the small touches like robes, slippers, and the thoughtfully stocked kitchenette with tea, coffee, and snacks. The location is ideal—an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurant, with lovely sunset views. It was the perfect spot to unwind.
