Beautiful place and very comfortable.

The home was beautifully renovated and a very lovely place to rest after a busy day. Vedado is a wonderful neighborhood and the home is on a quiet street. There's plenty of sitting room and space for guests. When I return I will definitely stay here. Thank you!

Ivis' place in Havana Central is in a great location, allowing easy walking access to many of the city's strategic sites. Spacious and surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the center, it offers appreciable comfort. Ivis and his family are warm and thoughtful hosts. One of the major assets of this accommodation is its large terrace, with a small swimming pool, a real pleasure in the heart of Havana. We recommend it without hesitation.

We are very happy with the choice we made because the apartment is spacious, very clean and beautiful, with a unique architectural style. It is in 2 minutes walking distance to Capitolio. We felt very good thanks to Daiana who is a super host, a very pleasant, special person, with a lot of involvement in helping us with useful tips around Havana & taxi arrangements. We spent a few hours around Havana, she was our guide and she showed us some wonderful places around Havana that we would not have found without her knowledge.

We stayed here for one night before our departure, and it was an excellent experience. The neighborhood is spectacular. Leafy, peaceful, and surrounded by embassies, so it feels very safe and upscale. There are great restaurants nearby, and the host gave us several helpful recommendations. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. High ceilings, a beautiful front garden, and a modern, spotless interior. One of the cleanest Airbnb's I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens and pillows are true hotel quality. Definitely get the breakfast option as it is plentiful, delicious, and well worth it! The host and the cook were both warm and welcoming, and they made us feel like special guests. It was quiet at night and very easy to relax. No complaints at all — a perfect final night in Cuba.

The place was amazing, traditional Cuban house, superclean!! Really spotless, thank you Carmen and Olga 💕, thank you Noel for the great recommendations, you are an amazing host. WiFi was also good! Me and my family (my parents, husband, two kids and sister) loved staying at your house! We felt so welcome. Breakfast was also prepared with care and very nice w omelets and fruits, juice, coffee and tea. We were so happy we chose your place.

I had an amazing experience staying at the Colonial House Rooftop! Dayron is an outstanding host—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. It’s clear why he’s a Superhost! The house itself is beautiful—full of charm and character, with a rooftop that offers stunning views and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is also ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. Dayron went above and beyond to make my stay special, from smooth check-in to great local recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! 
I had a fantastic stay at Rolando’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect for restaurants, bars, sightseeing and all the amenities made the experience feel just like home. Cesar was incredibly responsive and made the check-in/check-out process smooth and easy. I especially appreciated attentive he was. He helped out with booking tours, taxis, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Havana!

Maria and her husband were just what we needed arriving in Cuba for the first time. They helped us with our money exchange, gave us good directions for shops that sold basics like water or places to get fruit; they recommended areas to eat in. Their humour and practical nature were great. The apartment was cool and clean and we were able to use the washing machine. The patio area was comfortable to relax on.

This really is the perfect location to explore old and central havana! The hosts are very kind and helpful, giving a great welcome tour when you arrive. If you like us don’t speak much Spanish, the host put us in touch with their son for any questions we had during our stay and he was very helpful and quick to respond. The place itself was wonderful. Comfortable with a fan and aircon for when you are in the bedroom, and a beautiful terrace. Lovely restaurant right next door too. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay. It is centrally located in Old Havana and walkable to everything. My high rating is relative to Cuba and do not expect everything to be perfect (water pressure, internet, etc). The terrace was a nice addition and offered great views. The host was very responsive and Norma helped so much after we arrived.

Carlos was an amazing guy. He followed through with everything he said. He was very punctual with time and had great recommendations. The apartment is in an ideal location, social club right across , waterfront blocks away, local coffee , bread, and ice cream shops . It was easy to navigate through Vedado. I have been traveling tp Cuba around 30 times last 20 yrs. Betsy’s apartment is clearly among the top 3 I have tried during all these years. Her English is perfect, clear rules, quiet nice apartment w fantastic view.

This was my first trip to Cuba, and this space did not disappoint. Upon check in, Greta welcomed us into the space, gave us a tour, and recommendations for local cuisine in the area. The airbnb is located in Centro Habana, a non touristy part of town. Although we always felt safe, we did get some stares from locals who recognized that we weren’t from there. The sitting area was rather warm during the day, as there is no air conditioning in the common areas. The bedrooms do have air conditioning and were always cool. Greta gave us a cellular device to use as a hotspot during our stay, it definitely came in handy. We were able to use La Nave (equivalent to uber) to get around. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

It has been a highly recommended experience, Karel's friendliness coupled with the possibility of being able to enjoy a spectacular breakfast offered by Maxima makes us have one of the best memories of the trip.

Reina, Ernesto's cousin, was the one who welcomed us and welcomed us during our stay. Always with great good will and affection. Guided us on places and care to take, as it should be in any large and unknown city with its quirks. Mrs. Yamilka was the person who prepared our breakfast during our stay, very delicious. All, without exception, were very attentive and friendly. Local cozy and with a beautiful look (view) of Malecon and Praça da Revolución. For those who like to walk is well located among the famous landmarks of Havana. I recommend it.

Very nice accommodation. The hosts were very friendly and even met me at the time of check-in. I was also able to secure transport to and from the airport with them. The casa is directly in Plaza Vieja and was easy to navigate. Odalys made breakfast for me every morning with care and love. I will miss her and hope to be back soon.

Apartment on the 2nd floor, quiet, very well furnished bedroom with AC, the decoration of the apartment is superb, the shower with hot water works very well, kitchen well enough equipped to cook meals, microwave, gas stove, fridge, everything works super well. Historic neighborhood, lots of restaurants. Maritza, who takes care of the cleaning, is a reliable, punctual person and always available to help you, like a good bakery. She can take care of your laundry and do the cleaning. Idania, the apartment manager, is very responsive and communicates with Maritza if necessary. I recommend this apartment for its location, decoration, amenities and team, very professional and conscientious.

WOW! What an incredible apartment! We absolutely loved it! We only stayed one night on a stopover between Viñales and Trinidad, but we wish we could have stayed longer! It’s so beautifully designed, in a lovely neighbourhood and the cafe/bar on the balcony right outside the apartment is something special (the welcome drink is a very nice touch and we highly recommend the breakfast menu!) Orlando was super responsive, his instructions for finding the casa and checking in were really clear and the local host (Liz) was really helpful - she arranged our collectivo for the next morning with no issues. Thanks for making a brief overnight in Havana stay something VERY special!
