Townhome holiday rentals in Guanajuato

We spent 6 weeks at Jay's home in magical San Miguel de Allende. The house is almost too beautiful to describe. It quickly felt like home. Four of our kids stayed with us for a week. With its 3 well-separated suites, we all felt like we were guests at a 5-star hotel. The home is just an 8-min walk to the center of San Miguel, with its main plaza (El Jardín) and grand cathedral (La Parroquia). There are more than 100 great restaurants within walking distance. San Miguel probably has the most exquisite concentration of outstanding & beautiful restaurants of any city we've ever visited. Although close to the city center, Jay's home is high enough up a hill that the panoramic view from the rooftop terrace is mesmerizing, especially at night. Housekeeper Maria Luisa is a joy. She attends to the home for 6 hrs/day, 3 days a week. She's also the gardener, as there are 100's of lush, beautiful plants that need ongoing attention. In summary, we had a great experience. Highly recommended!

Un lugar muy acogedor, la anfitriona siempre estaba al pendiente. Nos arreglaron la habitación por motivo de nuestra luna de miel. Excelente servicio.

Excelente lugar para alojarse en Queretaro en una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad, tiene muchas plazas y lugares cercanos. la casa está super equipada, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, los blancos super limpios, todo muy limpio en la casa no hubo ningún detalle negativo, caía super bien el agua caliente de la regadera, nos dejo insumos como agua café y papel. En todo momento estuvo al pendiente compartiéndo a tiempo los datos de llegada y ubicación. Además fue muy accesible con el check in nos dejó entrar antes. Mil gracias sin duda volveremos.

Hermosa casa, perfecta para un grupo grande, todas las habitaciones son independientes. Tiene varios balcones con una vista espectacular. Recomendadisima esta casa.

Our family of 5 + dog had a great stay at this place. We felt comfortable and safe. Beautiful Mexican architecture and decor inside, kitchen is sufficiently equipped and the view is gorgeous. It’s a big house with 3 or 4 apartments. Irene’s place is very private, and we only ever saw movement in one other apartment. The apartment is divided into 3 actual floors, and additionally one bedroom is a few stairs from the middle floor. The layout is absolutely beautiful, but if you have small kids you need to be looking after them a lot. In addition to a lot of stairs there’s a 1,5 meter drop from the dining room to the living room. It’s located in a sort of a border area between a nice neighborhood leading to the historical center and a dodgy neighborhood. We were advised to not go to the latter for security (“don’t go left from the gate as there are unpleasant people”). I’m any case, the house seemed safe, and we didn’t feel unsafe walking home from the center after dark.

Nos encantó podernos quedar en esta casa, nos sentimos muy Agusto. Es la primera vez que vamos a San Miguel, no tengo nada que decir más que cosas buenas. el señor Oscar fue muy amable y siempre estuvo a el pendiente de nosotros. Definitivamente nos sentimos bienvenidos.Esperemos pronto volver y quedarnos aquí de nuevo.

This stay exceeded our expectations. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay and the friendly welcome and assistance. Every amenity we could imagine was provided from coffee filters to ziplock bags, kids’ art supplies, nightlights, air mattress, office supplies—you name it. The staff at the apartment complex and neighbors were also friendly. Such an easy walk into town yet in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. We’ll be back! Thank you.

My sister-in-law and I stayed at Linda’s house from March 15 through March29. Their house is absolutely beautiful throughout; from the entry to their gorgeous rooftop terrace, that had three individual sitting areas. Their caretakers, Lucero and cleaning lady and especially Olga and her husband, Jesus, the caretakers of their beautiful plants and flowers are wonderful people. The beds are very comfortable and shower pressure was great. Very close to central but far apart for peace and quiet. The best Airbnb I have stayed in. Thank you!

Muy atento el anfitrión y buena comunicación. Respondieron rápido para resolver algunos inconvenientes con la casa y quedamos muy felices. Lo único es que la casa es demasiado caliente en esta temporada y no hay ventilación, tampoco cuenta cuenta con refrigerador, solo un pequeño Servibar y no pudimos meter el super que llevábamos. De ahí en fuera todo increíble. Muchas gracias.

Todo estuvo excelente, recomendado

Fuimos en grupo familiar y ocupamos las 5 habitaciones, nos acomodamos perfecto. Tiene un recibidor con café, aunque no tiene cocina; pero tampoco es problema porque alrededor hay restaurantes de todo tipo. Solo una habitación tiene frigobar y un área para convivir en familia, como aparece en una de las fotos. La ubicación es ideal para conocer el centro de Querétaro incluso caminando. Parece recién remodelado, así que las instalaciones están funcionando muy bien y se ve prácticamente nuevo; las habitaciones son de varios tamaños, 2 pequeñas, 1 mediana y 2 amplias, se sienten frescas y cómodas para dormir. Lo importante es que cada habitación tiene su propio baño. Ulises me explicó muy bien las instrucciones para el ingreso y estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Tuvimos un objeto olvidado y nos ayudó a recuperarlo, estamos muy agradecidos por su atención. Lo recomiendo.

Muy buen lugar, tranquilo, la atención de la anfitriona excelente, todo lo tiene muy limpio y su trato muy amable, por lo que recomiendo mucho el lugar.

Un lugar para pasarla muy agusto, excelente vista !, lo recomiendo muchísimo, el soporte por parte de Claudia y su esposo fue muy amable, con gran disposición y siempre al pendiente. Las instalaciones superan las expectativas. Recomiendo este lugar definitivamente.
