Pictures will never do this place justice. This place was so beautiful and clean!! Hosts were so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great location we walked all over the neighborhood with no issues. As with any new location keep aware of your surroundings.

We loved the stay! The apartment is amazing — spacious, well decorated and with a simply spectacular balcony, offering a privileged view of São Paulo. The bed is super comfortable, and both the kitchen and laundry are very well equipped, which makes everyday life much easier. The location is excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in Pinheiros. The host was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the experience. It is worth mentioning that, as it is in a busy building, it is possible to hear some noise from the elevator during the night — nothing that compromised our experience. An ideal place for couples seeking comfort, style and a breathtaking view.

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist spots. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and recommend Luciano's accommodation.

What a fabulous week long stay we had in Felipe’s beautiful condo in São Paulo! Safe, secure and excellent location. The unit was immaculate with great attention to detail. Very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Two bathrooms and W/D are such a bonus. We loved the neighborhood with many restaurants to choose from and a grocery store a block away with more nearby. Felipe was very attentive and responsive. He had many suggestions for restaurants and things to do during our stay. We highly recommend Felipe’s place for your stay in São Paulo!

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

The stay went very well and the house is exactly as in the pictures and description. It is super well located and the facilities are great, very comfortable and with all the structure to receive guests. The service is very fast and I also request it when necessary. The only point of attention is that the condominium is quite strict for the entry of visitors and family members, so it is necessary to notify in advance any movement that will take place in your house, otherwise the person may not be able to enter.

Beautiful House. We went in 8 people and the house served us super well. The view from the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. my only addendum would be the mega ramp of access to the house. Please keep this in mind as it is extremely steep and was very difficult to leave (we even had to wither the car tires).

We had a great stay. The location is perfect (extremely close to the beach), the house is fully equipped, surrounded by nature. Amazing place to come with family.

First, the bad things: 1. The housekeeper was finishing the cleaning at 6:30 pm; 2. The suite outside the house needs renovation, there was moisture on the walls; 2. At 11:20 am, the housekeeper came to charge us for leaving the property, I almost died of fright; 3. Dirty bathroom mats. 4. Some pillows are stained, but 70% of them are clean. Good things: 1. The interior of the house matches the photos; 2. Polite housewife; 3. House without a musty smell; 4. Fireplace with good smoke flow; 5. We feel that the house is a home. 6. Fred is looking to make the house better every day for the rental. 7. Very beautiful place with outdoor fun, and safe. We would be back.

Everything was excellent! House cleaning, location, security, tranquility, structure, mattresses, indoor and outdoor spaces, everything without exception was very good! Elaine and Albert are extremely solicitous and attentive hosts, concerned that our stay was the best possible even before we arrived at the house. My stay was great! The apartment is super cozy, exactly as in the photos, very clean and well maintained. We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on the Avenue. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The accommodation is the same as in the pictures, this beautiful apartment is located in the downtown area, close to many tourist areas, and it also has transportation nearby. It's very nice and pleasant, the apartment is very good. Highly recommended.
