Here you will find the Alvoco River, which, due to the configuration of the mountains (in the form of a valley), has clear waters and pleasant temperatures for swimming in the summer. In winter, you can enjoy its beauty and harmony. The village is about 30 minutes by car from Torre (the highest point of Serra da Estrela), 30 minutes from Seia and 40 minutes from Covilhã.

This whole floor has a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single-beds, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and heated toilet. It is heated by Air Conditioning in the living room / kitchen. 40inch Smart TV with 100+ channels, NETFLIX, 100mbs Fiber Internet. Portable outdoor grill with charcoal. Coffee machine, salt, vinegar, olive oil, sugar and coffee. We offer shampoo / gel, towels and clean sheets for each guest. We use Ozono technology for maximum sterilization of the place.

A Casa do Socalco dispõe de uma bela piscina privada aquecida (de Abril a final de Outubro). Com uma decoração contemporânea e um conforto assinalável, está perfeitamente enquadrada com a natureza circundante. The cork oak house is an old wine press that has been totally restored for tourism. This house is on the Quinta do Quinto property, where you can find the privacy and rest you more than deserve. This house is equipped with everything you need for a stay full of comfort in tune with nature. Outside, you can observe the immensity of the Serra da Estrela mountains and at night you will be surprised by the number of stars you can see.

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
