Villa holiday rentals in Guardamar del Segura

We had a wonderful week. The house is spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The swimming pool is wonderful with sunbeds and bath towels are also provided. The villa is in a very quiet neighborhood. The flexible check-in and check-out option was very nice. You do need a rental car to explore the area or get to the beach. Murcia, Guardamar, Elche, Alicante are nice cities to visit. I would highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

Super cool mate keep up the cracking job! We were staying with 3 children and 4 adults and there was many amenities and they were as good as the pictures said. Lovely spaciousness the kitchen was very well equipped lots of cutlery and other stuff. In addition there were lots of towels and the pool is very nice and pleasant. The outdoor space is also good and we were located in an area near lots of shops and near the cultural Centre of the city we also recommend the restaurant just near it called Nankin We would definitely visit again!

Fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly nice and easy to communicate with. The villa was even nicer than in the pictures, with a beautiful patio and pool. Located in a quiet and nice area – perfect for relaxation. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely few days at Kelly’s Villa. The villa is really comfortable and in a great location. We found it peaceful and nicely located for bars and restaurants. Convenient for the beach and Alicante too. Particularly loved the large pool and various sunbathing areas. Also appreciated the welcome pack. I highly recommend!

Nick was an amazing host, super helpful with anything we needed. We arrived quite late and he was so accommodating and friendly. The accommodation was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for a lovely peaceful holiday, the pictures don't do it justice! Pool was perfect size for our children and lots of space to relax. We had such a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend. Thank you Nick!

host was great always communicated really well and helped when our flight was delayed then cancelled, if I had got a car it would of been better but that's my fault for not realising how lazy my 6 year old could be. great stay would recommend

What an amazing week we had in Alicante. Joana’s villa was absolutely fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a huge hit, providing respite from the Mediterranean sun and a place to relax. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local amenities. 5 minute walk from Aldi and a €9 taxi to the town. We highly recommend this villa for a memorable group getaway! The attention to detail in the home was admired too. Facilitating a bbq area and a games room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. What also set this villa apart was the host Joana. She was responsive, kind and easy to communicate to. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Joana

Beautiful villa. It’s got all you want. We went with the family and grandchildren. Just great for all of us. The villa has got all you need. A 15mins walk to Cabo roig where restaurants are but nice walk. We had shopping delivered which was fabulous and it was put away for us. Communication with David was fabulous, any questions we had he got back very quickly so thank you. Beach a couple of minutes walk. Lovely beach. Market on a Thursday. A great place for big families. Really relaxing. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and Pavo was a wonderful host. He contacted me in the week before we arrived to check our flight times and answer any questions. He was very flexible with our check-in time and met us at the villa to give us a tour. The villa is even better than the photos and description. So peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. We requested that the pool be heated and it was a lovely temperature which meant the children spent a lot of time in it. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Pavo and team!

Silvia was an absolutely phenomenal host! She was so responsive and went above and beyond on any of our queries on the lead up to our stay and during our stay also. The villa was stunning and very clean, exactly as pictured and the pool was bigger than expected. The villa was extremely family friendly (we were a party with kids and babies) and everything was set up as discussed ahead of time (baby cots, highchairs and baby bath). The villa had all the amenities you would need and more! We did 3 BBQ's whilst there. The beautiful Mucha Vista beach is very close about a 10 minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket is also about 10 minute walk which had everything we needed though we did get a taxi to a Carrefour once. Silvia also helped us to make reservations at restaurants as our party was quite big! We would 100% recommend this villa and Silvia as our host!

Stian is a great host. He was very responsive to my messages both before and during the stay. The villa is beautiful and is actually even nicer than the photos! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Kateryna was a great host who replied quickly to any questions we had before our stay and was very accommodating to out requests for flexibility. We would definitely stay again!

This is an exceptional villa. It is finished beautifully throughout with high quality decoration, flooring and facilities. We loved the ice machine on the fridge/freezer. A joy of a holiday home for our family and we will likely return in the future. Hosts were helpful and addressed any issues swiftly, not that we really had any.

We had a great family holiday in this modern and beautiful apartment. It was a short walk to the beach but it does take you a little longer with small children due to having to use the underpass or the motorway bridge, there were plenty of delicious restaurants in the local area and we were spoilt for choice. The local prices were amazing too and very reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay thankyou so much.. The only feedback we would leave is that we couldn't find a bottom sheet for the baby cot and had to use one of our own sheets and we never found the private path to the beach despite looking for it. We would highly recommend this host and apartment for future families. Thankyou ❤️
