My stay at Julio's house was excellent. The house was impeccable, very clean and with everything I needed to feel comfortable and calm. Everything is in excellent condition, and the care in every detail is noticeable. Loved the privacy and tranquility of the place. In addition, Julio was a very attentive host, always available and making sure that everything was fine. I definitely recommend your accommodation!

A beautiful Mansion!! Is amazing, better than the picture. Beautifully decorated, clean, everything that you can imagine in the kitchen, bathroom have from soap to shavers to dental floss. The pool area is the perfect spot for a pool party. My family and I will be back. Thanks Frances!!

I loved this airbnb - the apartment was clean, the beach was right in front and also the pool, the workers at the building were helpful, the place was peaceful with natural wave sounds from the beach at night - all of this was lovely - but what was more lovely - was how Yulissa listened to my concerns (regarding noise from a neighbor) and actually took action so that it was dealt with. This to me - made my stay - everything that I wanted it to be. Thank you so much tor being a great host - and for my first solo trip. I recommend this place 10/10

wow! it's 10 times better than the one I was in when I was in Miami. I really like it hopefully I will be there in the future. I can't complain about that place. if I had friends that is going to that direction I will recommend it to them. thank you for making me feel like I was home.

Wow, what a view! Host was extremely responsive. Place was exactly as described. you are so high up that we didn't need the AC, just open the big windows and let the air cool off the living room. No real complaints, just observations, wifi doesn't reach the room, maybe a mesh network in the future. The keypad was a little hard to figure out as it states to wave you hand to activate the number pad, after several attempts, we figured out that if we pressed the middle button, the numbers appear. We were surprised that we had to clean and take the trash out, we've never experienced that in DR or any other country, but that was a minor irregularity. Overall, we had a great time and loved how walkable the beach was.

I’ve been around a bit. No, that’s too modest. I’ve been around a lot. Harold’s Penthouse (my personal name for it) is among the best. Very spacious, lots of lot and all the amenities. You can tell when someone puts love in a place. I can live in a cave (I wouldn’t give a cave a great review), so I am good with sleeping in a dry spot. With that, what’s important to me is how my guests faired. They loved it. I did too. If you plan a trip to Boca Chica, step out a bit farther to Dolio. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Harold for the use. And thank you Israel (on site man). He was veeeeery thorough with the explanations of the where and when. Check it out if you plan to stay in the area. This accommodation is beautiful, it has a privileged location, it is very large and comfortable, the pool is a dream and the beach is beautiful although it has a few stones when entering

Jessica was really kind and communicative throughout our stay. My favorite part about the space is the balcony. The view is beautiful from the bedroom. The ocean view is very serene.
