La casa di Simonetta è molto accogliente, pulita e ordinata. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, dove comunque c’è un piccolo centro commerciale e la fermata dell’autobus. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo Airbnb ☺️

Great, quiet spot. In a funny spot between a major road (which you cannot hear) and the ancient aqueduct so you need to walk 5-10 mins for public transport or busy commercial area, otherwise great accomodation!

Thomas a été un hôte très gentil, réactif, le logement exactement comme en photo, propre et bien rangé. J'ai suivi un cours a Monterotondo, très pratique l'emplacement, à conseiller!

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Apartment von Adriano u haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment u die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist gut, die klassischen sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Viertel Travestere und der Tiber sind nur 3 Min entfernt. Durch die Nähe zum "Szeneviertel" war es allerdings (nur) am Samstag Abend / Nacht auch ein wenig lauter. Man kann eben nicht beides haben 😉. Adriano war gut erreichbar u der Check-In und Zugang zum Apartment/Haus hat gut geklappt. Hatten eine schöne Zeit!

We loved our stay here! The location was walkable to the Vatican, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. Our flight arrived at 6:30, and we were able to check in at 10am which was very helpful. He also arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, and the driver was so kind to drop us off at a coffee shop around the corner from the airbnb, where we could wait until 10am when we checked in. The little patio was a nice bonus to relax after a long day in the city. We had everything we needed for 5 adults. Highly recommend!

David couldn’t have been a better host, being very friendly and offering extra services that mad our stay comfortable. the place was very large, very clean and had everything you need. The Added touches give the place so much charm and we wish we stayed longer.

Simonetta e Max sono stati host davvero gentili e cordiali, rendendosi sin da subito molto disponibili. L'alloggio corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, piccolo ma curato in ogni dettaglio e molto probabilmente pulito. È un'oasi di relax immersa nel verde con tante attività a disposizione per intrattenere sia umani sia amici a quattro zampe! Ringrazio in particolare gli host per avermi donato una splendida giornata di compleanno. Ritornerò molto volentieri a soggiornare a Villa Bovari!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Molto comodo dall’uscita di Roma Nord e vicinissimo alla tangenziale. Noi l’abbiamo scelto per un evento allo Stadio Olimpico e dall’appartamento si arriva in 15 minuti. La zona è tranquilla e residenziale. L’appartamento è molto fresco anche d’estate senza bisogno di climatizzatore (che e comunque presente) oltre ad essere ordinato e pulito. Daria e la sua famiglia che vivono sopra sono persone molto piacevoli e socievoli ma mai invadenti. Abbiamo scelto questo alloggio anche per la possibilità di portare gli animali e Daria si è sempre resa disponibile e attenta a controllare che il nostro cane stesse bene anche mentre eravamo via. Se avremo bisogno di alloggiare di nuovo in zona, questa sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta.

Amazing stay at the villa with the family, didn’t want to leave. 2 adults 4 kids. Had everything we needed and more. Lovely quiet area, close to shop, beach and bars. 1hr to Rome via bus and train. (Get the right bus tickets) Bus to and from airport was super easy and only cost €1.50 each Simonetta was great with communication, couldn’t have asked for more.

A unique creative space. I thoroughly enjoyed being here to catch my breath. Quite and serine. Stunning village!

We had a pleasant stay, the property is very clean and spacious, provided what is needed for a comfortable stay. Gino is friendly host and was welcoming. This place is highly recommended for affordability and cleanliness.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

Veronica was a fantastic host and we felt very lucky to stay in her beautiful bnb. She was warm and welcoming from the very beginning and made us feel at home. You can tell she takes so much care with how thoughtfully everything is set out and it is all immaculately clean. Thanks to Veronica, Tivoli was a big highlight of our trip and we are excited to come stay again some day. Thank you for having us :)

Everything was perfect, it’s a very lightand clean apartment. Veeery comfortable bed, i enjoyed. But the location is a bit far away from a city centre and airport, just know that, when will planning your walking around the city. Because after 9 pm metro could be closed and you could come back only by bus. But it’s a little minus which didn’t worry me a lot. Rome is wonderful!

O apartamento superou nossas expectativas. Confortável, prático, muito limpo. Condomínio top, tudo perfeito! Cozinha completa, com muitos ítens de café da manhã. Simone was a super host! He was warm and welcoming in every response, and always quick to reply—no matter the time of day. 😊 His service truly felt like a 5-star hotel experience. The accommodation is very close to the train station and a grocery store, and it’s well-equipped for longer stays too. We especially enjoyed the cute balcony, where we sat every evening with a glass of good wine, chatting about the day’s adventures. Thank you once again for hosting us. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Rome!

L'appartamento e' bello e ben tenuto. Tutto in ordine e pulito quando siamo arrivati. Marianna ci ha assistito in maniera fantastica, sempre disponibile e simpatica. L'appartamento si trova in una zona periferica molto tranquilla ma fornita di tutto, farmacia e supermercati vicinissimi e anche un paio di buoni ristoranti e rosticcerie. La metropolitana e' molto vicina e vi permette di arrivare a Roma in pochissimo tempo. Per chi lo preferisce taxi e uber sono facilmente prenotabili. Siamo scesi in macchina ma alla fine l'abbiamo lasciata parcheggiata di fronte a casa tutta la settimana. Veramente una bella scoperta. Grazie di tutto
