A l'étage 3 chambres équipées de lit double dont une chambre parentale de 15 M2, la pièce de vie fait 61 M2,la salle de bain est équipée d'une douche ,d'une baignoire et deux 2 vasques et fait 9M2. 7 min du péage autoroutier de valence sud, 2 km de la gare valence ville. Quartier résidentiel.Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées. je n'accepte pas les animaux( ou très occasionnellement) 2 nuits minimum,7 en août Lit parapluie et chaises hautes sur demande.

Logement entier T2 très lumineux. Non fumeur. A 5 mn à pieds hyper centre et 10 mn à pieds gare SNCF. Proximité (restaurant, tabac, pharmacie, boulangerie, arrêt de bus...). Petit dej en suppl. sur demande. Quartier calme. Chambre confortable avec lit 2 places + canapé lit 2 places. Garage à vélo et passage Viarhona juste à côté. 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Merci de respecter le calme dans l'immeuble surtout après 23h. Départ le matin à 10h. Local vélo sécurité dans l'immeuble

Well located apartment in the center of Valencia. Very clean. Perfect for a short stopover. A little noise at night due to the proximity of the bars and restaurant but you can't have everything. One small downside: the size of the shower, large people should abstain.😉

Very nice accommodation, Laurent was very communicative before our arrival and made sure that everything went well even in his absence. However, if a person sleeps in the living room: there are no shutters on the windows and an outdoor lamp is lit at night. (Only in the living room). Thanks!
