This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30 min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has an outdoor patio, place to park your car and good internet connection.

Former Warden's Pavilion, located in Fort Vauban de Mont-Dauphin, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008 at the entrance to the Queyras and Briançonnais valleys.
