We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Set high on a hill it is away from it all but it is only 3km from Tocco da Casauria village, 5km from the highway, 45km from the main local town Pescara. Experience the rural spirit of the interiors, relax under the shade of a hundred olive trees or head off to discover the best of the surroundings.

Large and spacious, 10/12 minutes from the highway and the beautiful beaches of the Trabocchi coast, it includes a kitchen with fireplace, living room with double sofa bed, master bedroom, double bedroom, 1 bathroom and private parking. The house is 200 meters from the entrance to the village and all the basic services.

Your room will be inside Agricasa Caprafico, the historic house inhabited by our family since 1924. You will have a double bed with the possibility of adding another single bed. Private bathroom and kitchen. Upon request, there is the possibility of adding breakfast and a delicious dinner prepared by my mother Ivana based on typical local products and our own produce! We look forward to seeing you!

Beautiful, newly renovated beachfront apartment located on the second floor of a residence on the north waterfront in front of the seaside. The apartment consists of a double bedroom with sea view and a second bedroom with a french bed. The living area has a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy an umbrella provided to access the free beach in front of the residence

Colle dell'Erco house is a completely renovated vacation home, surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the Sangro Valley and the Trabocchi Coast. It is 3 km from the sea and the bike path. Here you can stay in one of our two studios equipped with all comforts. Guests have access to the outdoor area, barbecue area and everything they need to enjoy nature in total relaxation.

An oasis of silence where you can really unplug. A mini-house surrounded by nature where you can hear the chirping of birds, the frequent howling of wolves and where you can spend time with farmyard animals.
