The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

Paul is very resposnsive to all our questions and even have a lot of suggestions. if you are looking for a private place to get along with the nature and wake up with wonderful mornings of sea view, this is a place to go. It was one of the best Arbnb homes that I stayed. The owners did a really great job about maintaining there house clean and tidy. Huge living space and dining area. All the rooms have AC. If I go back to iloilo again, i would definitely book again in there house. PS thank you for the mineral water!

Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

Highly Recommended! Very accessible to Dumanggas Port and Public Market hihihi. Malinis din ang place and has complete set of appliances and other stuff you need to have a comfortable stay. No wonder Lara Mae and her family belonged to the category of superhosts. They took great care of us and our concerns. I initially booked another airbnb, but due to poor communications, I cancelled it and found Lara’s place. She was responsive from start to finish. Her place was also homey and very accessible to Megaworld and Festive Walk. It has everything you need - from water to toiletries and even towels! We will definitely return and book her place again. The experience was beautiful. ❤️

The place is really nice. Though the room in the 2nd floor has a little smell lang naman especially sa bathroom pero hindi irritable yung smell pero it would be better if it smell good. Ate nene’s was super easy to communicate with and accommodating. Good for its price. Really recommend this place!

Everything is great with the place, clean, cozy, accessible, private and many more. The host provided all the instructions and laid out all the house rules in an organised manner. We felt at home and had a wonderful stay at their place.

Highly recommended. The place is very clean. Host gives a very clear instruction on how to self check-in. What I liked most about the place is the neighborhood. Walking distance to river esplanade, Molo Mansion and Sunset Boulevard. Would definitely recommend to thise who wish to visit Iloilo City.

Our 2-night stay here was great. The host was very responsive. The place was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen and the amenities like the fast Wi-Fi and smart TV truly made our stay feel like a home away from home. The condo is in a very convenient location. Shops and restaurant are just a 3 Minute walk away. There is a Jeepney going to Festive Mall and other Jeepney routes near by. All of the security and managers are super friendly. Water refilling station and laundry are just one building away. Celina is very friendly and will do her best to make you feel at home. I have to say, that I was surprised, that I rarely had to use the AC (I mostly only had to use the electric fan), even though I stayed during one of the hottest months. One minor inconvenience I had were some noisy neighbors, but Celina went out of her way to do everything she could. I just got very unlucky, but the security was always there to help me out.
