The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

Spacious house with many rooms. Very comfortable beds. Amazingly beautiful chandelier in living room towering over staircase. Equipped with everything. Close to main market and hub of street food and activities. Urban but safe!

Paul is very resposnsive to all our questions and even have a lot of suggestions. if you are looking for a private place to get along with the nature and wake up with wonderful mornings of sea view, this is a place to go. A place to remember and make memories with friends and family. Thanks Paul as well as Grace, Johnny and Gloria. We had a wonderful stay at your place.

It was one of the best Arbnb homes that I stayed. The owners did a really great job about maintaining there house clean and tidy. Huge living space and dining area. All the rooms have AC. If I go back to iloilo again, i would definitely book again in there house. PS thank you for the mineral water!

No wonder Lara Mae and her family belonged to the category of superhosts. They took great care of us and our concerns. I initially booked another airbnb, but due to poor communications, I cancelled it and found Lara’s place. She was responsive from start to finish. Her place was also homey and very accessible to Megaworld and Festive Walk. It has everything you need - from water to toiletries and even towels! We will definitely return and book her place again. The experience was beautiful. ❤️

Stayed here from June 11-15, 2025 HONEST REVIEW: (hindi sponsored) Ang dali kausap ng host especially unusual time ang check in and out namin. James is very accommodating and even help us in our luggage when we checked in at 1am (it's raining and he carried our luggage all the way to our room). Ang ganda ng design and ng mismong room. Very safe ang rooms dahil sa lock na may pin code. Centralized ang air-condition and ang lamig. Pag nakulangan ka sa lamig, may malaking ceiling fan pa (kasing laki ng elesi ng helicopter, legit to). Strong internet, hot/cold shower and free laundry (sa baba). Complete accessories na from bathroom, kitchen (may built in mineral water faucet) to bed room (big mattress with 4 pillows). Very spacious and maliwanag. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for letting us have a great stay! Will definitely comeback and we RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Second time staying at this beautiful house. It makes a great three day weekend break from Manila. Beach is gorgeous and house has everything you need. We’ll be back!

We had a great stay with no issues. The place is easy to find and accessible by Grab. It's spacious enough, making it perfect for a big group of friends or family. Overall, it's a nice place, and I’d definitely recommend it. The host was very nice and proactive in providing instructions. We were also able to check in early and extend our checkout for a minimal additional fee, which was very convenient.

Korina’s place feels like home the first time we set foot in it. It has a very cozy vibe and it has almost everything that we need in a home. Korina is also very responsive in my inquiries and the staff in the condo are very polite and accommodating. We will definitely book again the place on our next visit to iloilo city.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. One of the things I appreciated most was the setup of the room—it had two beds, which was perfect for my needs and added to the convenience of the stay. The location is excellent. It’s right in the center of the city, close to many popular attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. The host was also very kind and welcoming. They were responsive to any questions I had and made sure everything was taken care of. Their hospitality really added to the positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It’s clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient spot. I would definitely stay here again!

Sean's place is homey and the decorations were really nice adding homey vibe. The location is superb. Sean is responsive and he makes sure you enjoy your stay. The building is old but the building and unit is well maintaned. Will book again Sean's place when in iloilo.

It was our second time staying with Ryan. Was able to check in a bit early to drop off our luggage. Love the area as it’s walkable to Festive Walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Grace was very nice and helpful. She even got me a surprise cake. I really appreciate her since I told her it’s our (my partner and I) first time in Iloilo for my birthday and when I opened the fridge when I got in, I saw this cake and it tasted very good! The place was good and there were a LOT OF AMENITIES! Saved her place on bookmarks for my next Iloilo trip and will definitely recommend her! Thanks, Grace! Till next time. 💚

We stayed for 11 nights. Overall it was an excellent experience. Read the other reviews - they are 100% accurate. Highly recommend. Edgar was an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. Very professional and detail oriented. He has really taken the time to think everything through in terms of what guests require. Condo has everything you need, is very functional. Very clean and in very good condition. There are a lot of devices and remote controls in the unit, which on the first day was a bit overwhelming, but it all proved to be very useful. Alexa was a hoot. Huge TV. Washing machine worked perfectly. Towels and sheets were very comfortable. Lots of hangers (extremely important for long stays). Contrary to negative reviews we had read about the building's staff, we were treated very well by every single one of them. Check-in was a breeze. Location is perfect.

We were there just short of a month and our stay was everything we hoped or expected. T he condo is in a great location, the security is excellent, the air conditioning worked very well (had to turn them off when we got up in the mornings because it was so cool). All the pictures and descriptions of the condo were exactly correct. This was our first experience with AirBnB and Val and his brother, Brendan, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were quick to address any questions or concerns (which were minor) we had. Family members that visited us at the condo unit were amazed at how nice it was. Also we had a medical issue one night not related to the unit but the staff at One Madison Place made sure medical personnel were able to reach us quickly and deal with the issue immediately. We would definitely want to stay here again should we come back to Iloilo.
