AC in every room, fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washer, gas dryer, porch, outdoor shower, and above-ground pool. ❗Heads-up for stays through September 2026: nearby construction may create daytime noise, sometimes starting early. Closed doors and AC usually reduce much of the indoor noise.
