The studio, with fast wifi and air conditioning, has different areas: an exquisite, perfectly equipped American-style kitchen, a bright living room, a bedroom area with a double bed and a spacious bathroom. The modern kitchen has all the necessary appliances for cooking just like at home: a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and full kitchenware (cutlery, dishes, cups, pans, pots, etc.). The living room area has a comfortable sofa, a TV. The room area has a comfortable double bed of 150cm x 200cm and a large closet with hangers. The bathroom has a large shower with rain effect and all the products you may need during your stay: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and of course towels. You will have access and use to all areas of the apartment. (Only the number of people listed in the booking can be in the apartment.) You can enjoy all the facilities you will find in my apartment, as you can see in the photos. The entire apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi internet access (fiber optic). The apartment has heating for winter and air conditioning for the summer. Linens and towels included. You will also find items you might need like: -Hair dryer, -Iron and ironing board, - hand soap, -shampoo, gel, -washer, -TV, - heater, -air conditioning, - 24/7 support and -Wi-Fi internet. The Dúplex el Bufi is a new, fully renovated apartment that occupies the third and fourth floors of a 4-story building. This 70m2 duplex is spread over two floors. On the third floor there is a hall, two double bed rooms, the master bathroom and a small pantry space. On the 4th floor we find a space with fully equipped kitchen-dining room, another bathroom and a beautiful rooftop equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the quiet of summer evenings in the old town. The apartment has an elevator with a stop on each floor. Very close to the apartment we find numerous places to visit such as Plaza de Sant Joan, Plaza Major, Calle Castell and Portal del Camp among others. We also find several bakeries and bakeries/tasting where you can have breakfast and eggplant and numerous bars and restaurants for lunch and dinner. We appreciate you taking care of the facilities and furnishings as if you were at home. In Solsona we do the door-to-door selective collection, a very efficient waste management system, which is why we ask that the trash be separated appropriately in the apartment. In the case of short stays ourselves we will take care of bringing the waste to the collection point, but for long stays the litter must be deposited in the street according to the established schedule and schedule.
