A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

On the first floor: there is a living room, a kitchen and a small sink. On the 2nd floor: there are 3 bedrooms (2 rooms have a balcony), and a toilet / bathroom. The house is very close to Urla Kite Surf. Surf area can be seen directly from the balcony.
