The house has 1 Master Bedroom with private bath. 1 very large guest bedroom (double bed + fold out floor mattress that fits two) with built-in closets and 2 smaller rooms each with a pull out sleeping couch (fits 2 small kids each. Not 2 adults/ teenagers). House fits 10 in total, but then sharing of all beds needed. 3 bathrooms. Large dining and living room on ground level with 180 degree of views towards ocean and open fields. 1st floor small living room overlooking the sea and harbour. Perfect for 2 families sharing or the large family.

The small charming townhouse is located centrally in Nysted town, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooks Ålholm Castle. The house is located within walking distance to a cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is ideal for walking or cycling. On the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small marina, ice house and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

Wonderful cottage 100 meters to the beach.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located cottage with about 50 m - 1.5 km to the dike, beach, restaurants, ice cream bars, bakery, supermarkets, entertainment, etc. The house is about 95 m2, and it was completely renovated about 5 years ago, so we do everything to take good care of it. The house has a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 terraces (east, south and west) and plenty of beautiful nature. Smoking is not allowed. And pets are not welcome.

There are 2 lovely wooden terraces, one facing east and one facing west, as well as a balcony, there are magnificent views from both the terrace and balcony.

The old charming summercottage is situated in a quite area just a short walk to the awardwinning sandy beach with shallow water (100 meters away by small path). Live your summerlife on the beach and the two wonderfull wood terrasses with sun the whole day. Enjoy the sun in the summerevenings at the west facing closed terrasse with outside kitchen or on the covered terrasse to the garden with outdoor wood stove. Bathroom renovated 2026.

The cottage is placed in first row to the sea, with outstanding view to the beautiful Grønsund, close to the idyllic municipality Stubbekøbing. Cosy and closed well maintained garden with sheltered spots and two terraces. (Please be aware: The hedge around the garden has been felled in January 2025, and new hedge plants have been planted. Only in 3 years will the garden be closed again). Small sand Beach with Jetty Activities: Hiking, Biking, Angeln, Surfing, Kayaking, etc. Bicycles included!

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child-friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is about 400 meters from Denmark's best beach, 150 meters to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst's cozy square.
 The house is heated with a heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. 
The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is Chromecast in the TV.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Discover our 200-year-old and very idyllic and quietly located fisherman's house with thatched roof and timber frame. The house consists of a main house, a beautiful guest house and a workshop with a covered terrace and built-in fireplace and grill. The house is south-facing and overlooks a small cozy harbor with a jetty in a small village, a short distance from the old market town of Nysted on southern Lolland.
