Newly built town/harbor with sea swimming within walking distance with good shopping opportunities as well as a restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen. 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with children). A super cottage, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters from Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great vacation paradise, with beach, forest, rich bird and animal life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump and the house is well insulated. The price is without electricity consumption. Then a claim for extra payment for electricity consumption will be made after the stay.

Our hope is that like-minded people who enjoy the “zen” atmosphere of our home would appreciate their time spending here. ‘Healthy corners’ underneath pine trees and sunny terrace will allow you to switch off completely and get recharged your batteries. Cosy and closed well maintained garden with sheltered spots and two terraces. (Please be aware: The hedge around the garden has been felled in January 2025, and new hedge plants have been planted. Only in 3 years will the garden be closed again). Small sand Beach with Jetty Activities: Hiking, Biking, Angeln, Surfing, Kayaking, etc. Bicycles included!

Flot og hyggeligt indrettet sommerhus i træ, beliggende på en dejlig grund i rolige omgivelser, og tæt på skov og dejlig sand strand. Rummelig stue kombineret med åbent køkken. Til huset er der både en overdækket og åben terrasse. Der er en sovesofa i stue, og to værelser med dobbelt senge. Sommerhuset er til max 6 personer. Men bedst til 4 personer. Derudover er der 1 stk. Barneseng. Til ferieboligen hører 10 m2 overdækket terrasse, og 80 m2 dejlig stor træterrasse med Grill, og havemøbler.

Det smukke orangeri i glas med terrassevarmer skaber en skøn ramme – også på kølige aftener. Udenfor er udebruser & badekar m. varmt vand. Nyd dit morgenbadunder åben himmel. Kun 300 m til stranden og 900 meter til caféliv og butikker Der er rent sengelinned og håndklæder ved ankomst.

Nem adgang til alt fra denne centralt beliggende bolig, som ligger 5 min fra byens torv og aktiviteter og ligeledes 5 mins gå afstand til stranden. Huset har 162 kvm i grund plan, og yderligere 30 kvm hems og værelse på 1 sal. Huset hjerte er er stort køkken-alrum stue på ca 90 kvm, hvor der er masser af plads til alle. Der er trampolin og alle udendørs faciliteter til at nyde sommeren i skønne Marielyst. Forbrug afregnes individuelt og særskilt El: 4,10 DKK Per KWh Vand: 105 DKK Per m3

Cozy cottage on a closed road with two small rooms (one with a 140x200 bed and one with two single beds 70x190 cm), kitchen with dining area, bathroom and living room with sofa area. In addition, covered terrace. The area is the perfect place for peace and quiet; close to Bøtøskoven, Gedesby Strand and Gedesby Mølle. As a guest, you must bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc. There is no cleaning fee, as it is expected that you will clean up after your visit :-)

Marielyst, located 3 km away, offers ice cream, shopping, and good restaurants.
