Welcome to Paradise w/ POOL. Kid friendly. Now that we have rented out our home there are two main things to note: 1) we live upstairs and you will hear our kids footsteps. (7-8am). No complaints about voices. 2) our pool is Not heated. Enjoy sound side beach access RIGHT across the street! Best sunsets on the beach! Gulf of Mexico is 5 blocks away.
