Great spot. Quick and accurate communication from host thru the stay. Fit my needs perfectly, and i will be back next year. Water access was great. (Please if you are considering letting your kids play in the water, it gets deep quickly and the current can be quite swift)

The location was great and the beach was not crowded. The kitchen had all of the pans and utensils you needed. Beach toys and other extras were available. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. Quinn recommended Scooters Fish House in Navarre which was very good. If we return to Navarre Beach we would stay at Quinn’s again if it is available.

James is amazing host- very responsive and accommodating. Place was exactly as described, great location, very cute and clean. View is amazing and pool downstairs is a big plus for the hot days. We came to Destin for baseball tournament -we love the place. Strongly recommend.

After reading all the other reviews - I couldn't agree more! It wasn't just the place that made this airbnb special, it was the hosts Rick and Sylvia. We typically like to be left alone when at a place, but Rick and Sylvia were both so welcoming, helpful and entertaining that I wouldn't have it any other way! We absolutely loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back again.

It was a pleasure staying here! I joined family down here for a trip and we had the best time ever. Clean house, right across from the beach. Was super easy to access everything! I will give warning you might gain a couple of pounds on your trip, it’s right above an ice cream shop that’s amazing. All said in done I will definitely be coming back. Well-equipped for a beach stay. They furnish everything you will need...wagon, chairs, towels, toys, and more. Communication was great. They have carts to haul your luggage/stuff up & down to your room. Restaurant right next door if you are too tired to go out. Several restaurants just right down the road too. Close walk to the beach. Nice pool. Great place, highly recommend. I have stayed in many and they know how to Airbnb!

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Olga’s condo! It was peaceful, beautiful, and lots of fun! The walk to the beach was easy! The patio view of the pool and palm trees was really cute! Very secure and perfect for our 5 day/4 night stay! Easy communication and we really had no problems or questions at all! Washer / dryer and ice maker were nice “extras” to have! Thank you so much for the wine and late check out accommodations!

Stunning home. Looks just like the photos. The Bay Area (your back yard) was perfect for my two year old to swim in because it was so calm and not crowded. It is a small space but was still perfect for my family of 4. I would definitely book again!

We had a blast. Although the pool wasn't ready because of delayed construction we were in the gulf or riding around town or even just sitting on the balcony. Clean- TWO air units!!!—beds were big even the pull out couch! Fit 3 of us. I'm so happy they let us add my best friend and her daughter(which is my daughters bff too). Everything you need was there. Even made us some virgin and regular pina coladas and some milkshakes on the last night. Not sure when our next trip will be for a beach stay 2026 we are taking a Disney Cruise but I will definitely be recommending.

I went to Lee’s house primarily to see the Blue Angels practice. The house was great. Very clean, with everything you need on a stay. I appreciated the fact she accepts dogs so I was able to bring mine with me not having to use Rover. He enjoyed the fenced back yard. Thanks, Lee!

This place is not only in a great neighborhood that feels welcome and secure, but it being 8 min from some of the most laid back and beautiful beaches in the area is so undersold. I went to the beach at sunrise and sunset daily while working remote for 3 weeks. I barely went to the more popular ones in the area because this local one is so great, and if you like scuba diving the best dive shop, dive pros, and boat charters are only 10 min away. Also has very quick and easy access to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Alabama, which in my opinion is the best parts of the local area.

My family and I celebrated a long vacation here the week of Memorial Day and Donna’s home was a perfect stay. We enjoyed the large clean rooms, the amazing porch, the private beach, and the access to kayaks, bikes, and the fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was cute and close to a large pier, downtown, and small roads perfect for a morning bike ride. It was incredibly peaceful and the most amazing way to spend the week. We are really grateful for the opportunity to stay here! We hope to return soon!

This place is is well worth the money. 3 big bedrooms. 2 1/2 bathrooms. Lots of room. Amenities was nice, like bathroom stuff,laundry stuff,kitchen stuff. The beach stuff was great. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my furbaby.

This was one of the most memorable vacations our family have had in a long time. First off, the place is gorgeous, inside and out. There’s nothing needed, everything was accounted for from linen to spices, from recreational supplies/equipment to chairs, from instructions to communication; everything was on point. Too many favorite memories, but to name a few; Beautiful Sunsets, fishing, kayaking, swimming, fire pit and smores, quality family time, barbecuing the whole time, dolphin watching from the dock, catch and release Sting ray, blue crabs, catfish, and so many more. This was one of our best trips within the states. We have started discussions in making this an annual tradition, so looking forward to next year.

We had an amazing stay! We couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this home. Every element was beautiful, and so cozy. It is right on the canal, and very peaceful! Tracy is a wonderful host, very quick to respond, friendly, and very sweet!!

This was our first time staying in Pensacola Beach and absolutely loved this condo! It is located in a great area with lots to do- bars, restaurants, beach, shops, and plenty of activities! The paddle board and kayak were great amenities to the location and the condo was well equipped with beach gear and everything we needed. Sunsets on the patio and morning breakfasts were something we enjoyed daily. Comfortable beds and bathrooms made our stay outstanding for the week! The workout room was perfect for our needs as well. I highly recommend Tim’s place!!!!

This Airbnb was absolutely impeccable—every detail inside the home was full of charm and thoughtfully designed, with stunning views to match. Spacious, comfortable beds, and just steps from the beach—literally across the street! There's also a boat entrance near the pool, and everything from shopping to white sand beaches and great dinner spots is within walking distance. We highly recommend dining at The Reef during your stay. Lastly, our host was wonderful—responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. A perfect stay all around!

The place was perfect for me and my daughter. The location was quiet which is just what we were looking for. It was a perfect girl birthday trip.

My daughter and I stayed for four nights and early summer… It was right across the street from the beach! Could not have been more convenient and they had a lot of of necessary accessories for the beach – umbrellas, beach, chairs, and even a beach cart. The room size was perfect for just the two of us and it even had a little patio out back. Cute and cozy decor. We loved it and would definitely go back!
