Amazing place! Location is fantastic. Beautiful!

Rena’s place is spectacular! First off, the view/location is to die for! Dolphins right outside of your window, beautiful sunsets from the comfort of your own home every night, a 10 minute (or less) drive to the beach, I could go on. The place itself was extremely clean and beautiful when we arrived and Rena even gave us a tour so we felt right at home and were able to settle in quickly. She has this place stocked with everything you could possibly need to live comfortably. Rena was super responsive and helpful throughout our two month stay. Neighbors were kind and polite and we felt very safe in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in St Pete!

This home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. We would gladly stay here again if ever in the area.

Billie was always responsive. The apartment is nice and well decorated with a beach theme. The climate control works well. The small kitchen has everything we needed including 2 choices of coffee makers. There is one parking space. It is a second floor apartment. Very comfortable furniture, king bed and high end ceiling fans.
