The B&B has its own entrance. In our attractively furnished rooms, there are, among other things, a box spring, walk-in shower, air conditioning and a seat overlooking the hill country. We have three double rooms, each with its own walk-in shower and a cozy communal kitchen where you can prepare and eat breakfast. If desired, we can also offer breakfast at 2 restaurants located near our B&B. Breakfast is therefore not part of our room price but is optional to book.

Renting the entire 1st floor, with a total of 6 beds (and/or camping bed) is also possible . Broodhuis Kerkrade is 300 meters from the Germany boarder Downtown Aachen is 10 km away.

The Bovenste Bos is located in the Geul Valley of the rustic Epen, surrounded by rolling meadows, fruit orchards, sunken roads and green hills of the South Limburg countryside. You can stay in one of the 12 characteristic rooms in the farmhouse. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From the guest room, there is a private entrance to the enclosed garden with a private sitting area.
