There are bus stops on the west, south, and north sides of the property. *From the property, it takes about 15 minutes by car to the city center (Banwoldang, Dongseong-ro), and about 20–30 minutes by subway or bus, including walking. *E-World, Ximen Market, and Susheng Lake are approximately 15 minutes away by car. *There are many restaurants and brunch cafes on Mamatdule-gil, in front of the south side of the property. *Within a 5-minute walk, on the north side of the property, you'll find Anjirangopchang Alley, Front Mountain Cafe Street, Convenience store and Shikjamae Mart are located 2–5 minutes away on foot. * You can park on the road in front of the accommodation building, the neighbor's wall, or opposite the wall of Namdeok Elementary School on the east side of the accommodation. As a facility that has been legally registered as a farming and fishing village, it is equipped with 4 rooms, 2 toilets, a spacious central living room, a front deck, and a spacious 2nd floor terrace, making it suitable for events such as a cozy family gathering of 10-20 people, an alumni reunion, a department workshop, and a small college student MT. You can enjoy mountain climbing at Mt.
