We will be pleased to welcome you to our villa in Bodrum Gürece, which is made entirely of stone and has all the household items carefully prepared inside and out. Our villa is 15 minutes from Bodrum center. 5 min to Turgutreis, 5 min to Ortakente, 10 minutes from Gümüşlüke, 5 minutes from Acıbadem Hospital, 5 minutes from the sea, and it is easy to get anywhere. It is 150 meters away from the Turgutreis Bodrum road. The house is brand new. It has never been used. 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system.

Turgutreis is the second largest settlement center and one of the most popular holiday spots of the Bodrum peninsula. Turgutreis beach, which is about 2 kilometers long, is among the best beaches in Bodrum. In the evenings, you can have your dinner while watching the most beautiful sunset of Bodrum. Transportation from Turgutreis to other towns of Bodrum is easy and close. You can easily visit all of Bodrum.

The couch on the ground floor opens up into a bed and can sleep 2 but more ideal for single guest. Outdoor hot-tup, kitchen and all essentials to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. 15 minute walking distance from the beach, 3-4 minutes by car. We provide free parking and assistance in any travel related questions. Can also use the 2 common swimming pool and area.

Our house is located in a newly built site on the hills of Gümüşlük Çukurbuk. It is a one floor cozy and comfortable apartment, modernly designed furniture and equipped with all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay. The nearest beach is just 600 meters away on foot. You can easily reach the villages of Gumusluk or Yalikavak by a 5-15-minute car ride. Enjoy the beauty of nature in a peaceful resort, while only a few minutes away from all the bustling areas of the peninsula.

The 2nd floor and terrace of the 2-storey villa with Lebiderya sea view are rented. My house is located in Geriş, a quiet area of Yalıkavak. On the upper floor of the apartment, there is a terrace with a Lebiderya sea view for your exclusive use The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people), bathroom/WC, open kitchen, and balcony. It is approximately 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

A fairy house among the tangerine orchards

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.
