Just 1 1/2 miles to the boat launch and store at Waterfront. (Tubs close in below freezing temps) The house is cozy and the vibes are immaculate. The yard bosts of hammocks, a kayak launch, a fire pit, native plants, and great bird watching. I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.
