It is a rural house where several fruit trees grow, located on a 420 m high hill under the Samdo Peak of the Democratic Mountain, a little away from the busy tourist attractions of Deokyusan National Park and Muju Resort. Taekwondo Hall, Bandi Land is 10 minutes, Deokyusan Muju Resort is about 25 minutes. You can also enjoy the valley of nature in the back of the village. Uncle House is an American-style wooden building with the highest insulation designed and constructed by a prestigious wooden construction company in Seoul. It is a hot spot to enjoy a fire pit with a high ceiling, cool in summer and warm in winter, high in all directions and open views, and star views. The first floor is a space for the host couple, and the second floor 56m2 (including the terrace) is a guesthouse. There is a separate entrance, and there is a host, so it is not an uncomfortable house, but it is more appreciated because you can get immediate help and service. The Uncle style barbecue is so good that American families from the United States say "Amazing" in a row, and the food served by Uncle House is universally recognized. The sun room with an outdoor fireplace for exclusive use is by far the best.

This building uses only Hinoki cypress beds and pure eco-friendly materials, without any materials that generate concrete and environmental hormones that cause various skin diseases. It is a space just for you, where you can fully rest your body and mind in a large yard. It is located in a position where you can see the summit of Bohyeonsan Mountain, where the largest astronomical observatory in the East is located, so when the weather is clear, the stars pour in at night, and in autumn, the leaves of the maple leaves surrounding the house form a spectacular view. It is a place where the winding mountain roads are inconvenient, there is no television, but the quiet sound of the mountains, the clear air, and the stars and moonlight like the ocher of the night greet you. We welcome those who do not miss the things left behind in the city and want to rest infinitely. It is recommended for those who are tired of city life and want to heal, rather than those who want to enjoy active activities or drinking and dancing. The accommodation is always disinfected. A day like a gift (Welcoming you in the forest, Minjoo Mountain)

'A day like a gift' is an experience-type accommodation located in the forest at the top of Domaryeong (700m above sea level) in Minjujisan, Yeongdong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. We have remodeled a wooden house (Dalbat House, 2005) and a family-built earthen house (So Young Hall, 2006) for our elderly parents, so that only one team of guests can stay in the entire house. Recently, a tree house (Wol Forest House, 2024) was built on a 6-7 meter-high Japanese cedar tree in the Wol Forest, and this can also be experienced for free. The experience is divided into traditional cultural experiences and ecological experiences, which are offered in a variety of paid and free experiences. The mud house was built with wood, earth, and stone from the moon field, like the mountain village of our ancestors. You can experience lighting a fire in a traditional house, where you can feel the wisdom of a house that is cool and warm. The words 'A day like a gift' are engraved in the merchant room of the mud house. We will try to give everyone who comes here a simple gift called 'a day like a gift'.

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.

(구)중평초에 한옥으로 리모델링한 집입니다. 교실한칸인 독채입니다~~ 주왕산 15분, 송소고택 5분,객주문학관 10분거리 입니다~ 영덕상주 고속도로에서 청송 휴게소 정면에서 보이고, 시원하고 전망 좋고, 최신형 노래방기계도 구비되어 있고, 노리박스 게임기 2대, 만화책 6500권도 구비되어서 쉬면서 만화책도 보고 힐링하기에 아주 좋은 곳입니다^^ 2층 숙소에서는 간단 취사만 가능하고, 1층 빈교실(바베큐장)에 취사도구가 완비되어 편하게 쓰실 수 있도록 되어 있습니다. 2층 숙소는 소나무로 한 한옥이라서 고기 취사를 할 경우 나무에 냄새가 베여서 고기 및 생선 구이 절대불가입니다. (위반시 위자료 청구합니다.) 고기 및 생선 구이는 1층 빈교실에서만 가능합니다. 아침식사로 수제 사과쨈, 수제 블랙베리쨈, 빵을 제공합니다^^ 바베큐 이용시에는 숯을 포함해 모두 구비되어 있고, 이용료 20,000원을 추가 부담하셔야 합니다.
