Nitesh was a great host. He took care of our every tiny requests. The place we stayed in had a great balcony and caretaker in the apartment were great too.

Nitin's outer space is commendable! Looks the same as the pictures and description given below. Finding this place was easy and convenient. Great party place. Also, caretaker sushil bhai has been wonderful throughout. Rooms were spacious. All in all a great investment for birthdays and surprises.

My go-to place to stay in Delhi. Can see only green by the large windows, and its super spacious for the price. Sagar is super responsive and has made it very very cozy to stay in. Interiors are very well done and the maid is very regular to help keep it speck clean. And there’s a great Fitpass gym less than 5 min walk away. Just a couple of things: it can get a little warm near the windows on hot days since AC is in the room, and there’s no microwave. But the kitchen is awesomely equipped otherwise and the large fridge and gas stove are a blessing.

It’s a great place and the host is really helpful and kind. Enjoyed our stay. The care taker was helpful too and guided us through our trip.

The location was convenient and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing weekends, keeping all stress aside to chill. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer and offer helpful tips about the area and helped me a lot with my requirements. I especially appreciated the one thing which stood out for me was how neet and hygienic everything was—from the spotless bathroom to neatly kept kitchen as I eat home cook food, therefore hygiene matters me the most. The 1bhk is good sized. The kitchen is very good and easy to use. Zomato and swiggy deliver to the location. Ideal for a party or gathering. Sahil is very proactive and goes out of his way to help. The location is nice and quaint, not too much noise. There is a common verandah outside, where you can stand or sit comfortably. Ample sitting. Comfortable bed. Lots of storage.

The place is nice and justifies the name "The Art Kothi" Helpers appointed also helps you whenever needed. My team and I enjoyed our time spent there and would recommend the place.

This Listing is Very near to H.Nizamuddin railway station and is right adjacent to main road in Kalindi colony. The property is well managed and the staff are friendly. My family had good stay and had all help that is needed though language is an issue. Abhinav is very quick in responding and promises good care of his guests. Must pick for large group.

The villa was exactly as we had seen in the pictures. The stay was good we really enjoyed the space and there were no interruptions whatsoever!
