From the 17 square meter south-east terrace, the view extends into the countryside. The detached single-family home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with free parking. Close to the city and in the middle of a 1200 square meter property with beds and trees, under which our small flock of chickens and rooster Hugo are at home.

Herzlich Willkommen in unserer schönen, gemütlichen, ruhigen Wohnung in Korlingen, auf der Höhe des Ruwertals. Das Stadtzentrum von Trier ist 7 km entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt am Ortsrand. Nur wenige Meter trennen sie von Wald, Wiesen und herrlichen Ausblicken auf die Umgebung. Die 50 qm große Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoß in einem Einfamilienhaus und ist für 2-3 Personen geeignet.
