Holiday rentals with beach access in Guysborough County

Thank you for the wonderful stay. The place held us extremely well for our daughter’s grad in Antigonish. We enjoyed the weather that gave us an early May bbq, a campfire and lovely morning views. The location and rooms made for a wonderful, relaxed, casual celebration with family. Thank you so much.

I traveled to Antigonish for work, and Laura's place was exactly what I needed at the end of a busy day. Welcoming and peaceful space to relax! Oscar was a joy to play fetch with, he is quite the charmer! The apartment is clean and spacious. Will definitely book again if I have the chance to be in Antigonish in the future. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great place to stay if you’re in Arisaig for a short visit. We felt very comfortable there. It was clean, spacious, and in a safe place. The beds were very comfortable, there are a couple games to play, and little treats to welcome. The hosts were very helpful, communicative, and hospitable. We did have issues with the microwave not working which was a little disappointing as that was the sort of dinner we had planned. The hosts were very apologetic and did offer to assist with their personal microwave upstairs which was very nice. Our only other concern was that we wished there had been real dishes instead of paper plates/ bowls and plastic/wood utensils especially since there is only a microwave and toaster oven. As long as you are okay being in a basement, this is a wonderful little spot to come to. We would happily stop here if we ever pass through the area again! Thanks to Todd, Wendy, and Stanley!

This is a dream location. There are lots of windows to fill up with spectacular views of the ocean. The cottage is lovely and comfortable with an open space to unwind and soak up the beauty of the place. Lots of necessities in tge cupboards. All you need for an unforgettable stay.

We had an amazing stay at Quarry Cove! The home had absolutely everything we could possibly need — from a fully stocked kitchen to tons of indoor and outdoor games and activities for the kids. It was perfect for our family girls’ trip. The place was spotless, and the wraparound veranda offered a beautiful view that we never got tired of. The hot tub was clean and such a treat at the end of the day. Adrienne was incredibly friendly and helpful — even went out of their way to help us get the hockey playoff game on TV, which was such a nice touch! We felt completely at home and well taken care of. Highly recommend Quarry Cove for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway!

Marina’s place was beautiful and located in a very peaceful area. The house is very spacious, comfortable, clean, very well equipped and the large yard is fenced which was great for the dog.The welcome basket of goodies was so thoughtful Thank you. . We enjoy looking out on the ocean and seeing lobster boats, seals ,dolphins and a whale. The view and the sunsets were amazing. Marina kindly allowed us to have guests for a night and this reunion with our friends meant so much to us. Be prepared the nearby town is small but we got everything we needed in the little grocery store. (Everyone in town was so friendly) It is not a tourist area which worked well for us because we were not expecting restaurants or attractions just a relaxing place to look at the ocean. Thank you again Marina for an amazing holiday.

Tracey’s place is magnificent and was the perfect spot for us to enjoy the area from. We enjoyed the nearby beach and ice cream spot, as well as Sherbrooke Village and more. The home has a well appointed kitchen and the shower is spacious. The 3 season screened in porch was a special place to spend time with friends and family.

Very comfortable and convenient stay. The water view was amazing. You have to check out the swinging bench on the back of the boathouse for an experience of tranquility and beauty!

This home is smart and easy to access. The view is stunning. The home is pristine and very secure. Information on the home and the local restaurants is given as well. The home was well stocked with toiletries, cleaning supplies, and even food items that one may forget to pick up from the market. Please be sure to sit in the living area or the deck to view the sunset and/or see the caribou, birds, and squirrels that make the location appear like what we read in books. This location may even be a great place for family/group vacation. Please if you need a nice place with plenty of space, reach out to Mark. You will not be disappointed.

Truly a little piece of paradise, perfect spot to unwind and watch the herons fly by!

This house suited us perfectly. We appreciated its elderly charm, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, colorful art, wood stove, and — of course — that view. We enjoyed a couple of hikes and braved the tidal crossing once (COLD), but mostly we stayed put and read, cooked, and watched the changing light and water movement by the hour. The peacefulness was heavenly. Bonus points for an excellent selection of contemporary fiction.
