It was a stay that met expectations, consistent with photos and descriptions that we didn't have any surprises. Mr. Nihat was a warm and responsive host.

Uğur and Aytekin were great and very friendly hosts. On request, they even allowed us to have a small celebration in the apartment. Although there were a little more guests than planned in the end, they weren't angry with us. They were also always easily accessible for questions or problems. The apartment was nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. I would therefore highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our holiday in this house a lot! We stayed as a large group and the house was really spacious and comfortable to meet all our needs. It offered both a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Everything was pretty tidy. The atmosphere of the village was very nice, we could feel the festive atmosphere. We met all our grocery needs from the village. In addition, Mr. Özcan's guidance was very good. He made our holiday all the more enjoyable by giving us local advice on everything. Also thank you. Ms. Zeliha is a great host, we communicated very easily from the first moment. She dominated the area and was very helpful. It's also extremely friendly. The house was extremely beautiful and peaceful. The house had everything we needed. Although it was in a calm and peaceful location, transportation to the center was easy and fast. Although we were hesitant about the heating, we did not have any problems. The 2 separate bedrooms were also very comfortable. There was nothing missing in the kitchen. The internet connection was fast and uninterrupted. We preferred to have a fire and sit in the evenings. We had a pleasant time without getting cold because the atmosphere of the area is softer than the pier and the center. Highly recommend. Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. The neighborhood was very good, quiet, and there were grocery stores nearby. All the tools and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is spacious, we had no difficulty in finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.

The house has a great location. Close to the subway and grocery stores. It's also calm and comfortable as a neighborhood. There are enough amenities in the house as well.

5 stars is not enough for Hootan and his place. Every single second of my stay I felt like home. The house is cozy and has everything you're ever need. Neighborhood is quiet. Hootan was really kind and responsive. His co-hosts (his cats 😄) are the sweetest furballs you'll ever see, don't forget to pet them! I can't recommend this place enough, that's the best choice to make when staying in Izmir.

The apartment is in Hatay which is ten minutes from Izmir center by metro. Beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has good pressure.

Host is very caring, friendly and helpful. He also provided environmental referrals. The interior of the house was impeccable, everything we needed was available at home. The products were very high quality and clean. The location was very close to the center, we had access to everywhere on foot. We plan to go back in the summer.
